Don't try this prepaid plan
We've had many prepaid plans before but never have had as many problems setting everything up as with this plan. We bought the new SIM cards and called them to transfer over to their company. It's been 2 days now and no phone service, even though we are already getting billed by them those 2 days. We've called them maybe 6 times already and always they say that it should work now, in an hour. It never does. I don't think they care about their customers if they set them up for billing but don't get the phone to work.

    I didn't like the phone TCL. The phone stop working on me. I called the number for repair and they told me I called to late. I only had within 30 days for a replacement or refund. And I was over the time. I enjoyed the phone. I enjoyed the light -weight phone. Thank you

    It’s a very good and economical phone service plan
    If you have Wi-Fi on top of your 4G or 5G, you really can’t tell a difference when it switches down to that 2G as long as you have Wi-Fi and I was paying for the largest phone bill service that they offered and I learned real quick that was a mistake. I get the cheapest one now and I don’t worry at all.

    Worst customer support and tech support out there.
    I bought the 8gb plan, bought a new phone, used about 1gb data, 1 day of use and the internet stopped working. Zero help from customer service, tech support is an absolute joke. Have had this service for less than a week and I will not be renewing.

    this month i did t have the koney to get the 49$ plan so i chose this one but within two days my data was all but drained then my service was horrible , thinking about finding another carrier .

    Full refund back please and thank you!
    This didn't work for me at all! My high speed internet was finished within a half hour of me activating it on my phone and the single kept dropping calls and my Hotspot didn't work so I had to use wifi. This was a bad experience and it was for my son's birthday. A full refund would be ideal.

    Internet is slow.
    I am rating the actual service and wouldn't recommend. You're just getting Tmobile's leftovers. The internet is often slow or unusable. Next time I will either get Tmobile or Boost, because they are about the same price.

    Good service.
    Family mobile works well with the smaller plan that I have. I have downloaded many apps and not needed any extra data. I keep my phone history clear of unnecessary data. Plus I have wifi already.
