This is a great grill for the price. I don't know how they can sell and ship it for the amount they do. The manual didn't tell you much and the temperature is C not F. All in all, I love my new tut oy. It's like having a restaurant grill in my kitchen. Also, mine had a plug.

This is the worst thing ever sold on the internet
This is the worst thing ever sold on the internet. I can not even believe that we allow something made from such poor quality to be sold in this country. 1st, The grill was covered in a anti rust chemical that was nearly impossible to get off. 2nd, It nearly caught on fire from the first use. Filled the entire kitchen with a strange smelling smoke. 3rd, every edge on this thing is razor sharp. 4th, the instructions are written in English but make no sense at all. It's like someone used Google translate to try and translate Chinese to English and didn't proofread anything. And finally, I could not get the griddle to heat up over 180° also, the griddle changed temperature /-20° from one side to the other.

    Need replacement knobs
    This product is a great investment for grilling, but the knobs keep breaking, if I could get some replacement knobs, it would be great, thanks

    Love it!
    I love this flat top grill. I bought it for my kitchen. It’s better than I expected. I cooked veggies, mushrooms and flank steak on it for my baked potatoes. And they cooked up perfectly.

    Great Griddle from a Great Company
    Great griddle, I brought from this brand because out of all the website I searched this griddle brand had the most positive reviews out of any other brand. I got my griddle for $120 for a 22". First day out the box, I cleaned it with water while it was turned on, afterwards I seasoned it 3 times then used it to cook breakfast for dinner, my family loved it. One thing I will say that I love about it is you don't really feel the heat or feel hot while cooking on it the way you would a stove. After each use I would season it. I would recommend this product and this company.

    Commercial style griddle
    It is a really nice restaurant style commercial griddle 22" we've already used it several times after I cleaned it real good then seasoned it really good I have cooked bacon on it cooked eggs over easy Is corn beef hash and we made philly cheesesteak sandwiches Just clean with water after using each time no soap and keep it season and you'll have no problem with it sticking it will not stick I've used this type of griddles but much bigger and restaurants when I was in a executive shop so I'm really happy with this product

    Demond Spicer here Aka MontheChef...I Absolutely...100% Love my Vevor flattop...it has been an essential part in the growth of my business (MONDOBURGER) and I absolutely would know what to do without it...as I travel around doing pop up events...its a lifesaver if I happen to be at a venue without a kitchen....all I need now is a portable deep fryer and Im set!
