Don't waste your time
I ordered this computer. but it never worked. I tried to communicate with the seller and he never answered. do not waste your time buying this item

    Misleading
    Beware of buying from this seller the computers are not how they look in pictures nor do they work properly I returned over a month ago and after continued requests have not yet received refund very disappointed in Walmart for even letting this company see these horrible computers on there website

    I ordered this on a Friday and received it on Tuesday. It was packaged very carefully and protected very well. It came with everything necessary to get it up and going. It runs faster than I expected and everything seems to be in good condition. Windows was not yet installed, so I contacted the seller for the activation key. It took them about 5 minutes to get back to me - which is unheard of these days. It turns out that the activation key was on the top of the computer tower, which I had to scratch off the first set of numbers that were hidden for privacy reasons. They also sent me a link for a set up guide. I'm very impressed!

    Awesome value and product.
    Everything I got was a refurbished dell product. I know some people said they received another brand. My computer arrived in a couple of days and was packed with a lot of foam and padding. There was hardly any marks or dents on the used unit. It only took maybe an hour for it to set up from the time I took it out of the box, connected it and turned it on. Everything seems to be working as of now.

    I needed to replace my existing computer. I ordered a refurbished Dell computer with 19" monitor, keyboard and optical mouse. The 8-yr. old Lenovo monitor has several minor "smudge-like" marks on the screen but they aren't very noticeable. The Dell computer is in good condition for being 7 years old. The inside is very clean. I was unfamiliar with Windows 10 but after a couple hours of just exploring it, I was comfortable using it. I had no problems getting connected to my printer or my e-mail account. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

    1 star cause the screen monitor that was in the pic is not the one I got and now I have to buy another cause it burned out on me wait too late to ask for my money back huuuuuuu. It has birds in the top corner of screen but not in pic of sale. it says View Sonic is the company who made it. came with everything else right like I paid for.
