Don't waste your time
I ordered this computer. but it never worked. I tried to communicate with the seller and he never answered. do not waste your time buying this item

It was packaged very carefully and protected very well. It came with everything necessary to get it up and going. It runs faster than I expected and everything seems to be in good condition. Windows was not yet installed, so I contacted the seller for the activation key. It took them about 5 minutes to get back to me - which is unheard of these days. It turns out that the activation key was on the top of the computer tower, which I had to scratch off the first set of numbers that were hidden for privacy reasons. They also sent me a link for a set up guide. I'm very impressed!Heather

My computer arrived in a couple of days and was packed with a lot of foam and padding. There was hardly any marks or dents on the used unit. It only took maybe an hour for it to set up from the time I took it out of the box, connected it and turned it on. Everything seems to be working as of now.sarah

The 8-yr. old Lenovo monitor has several minor "smudge-like" marks on the screen but they aren't very noticeable. The Dell computer is in good condition for being 7 years old. The inside is very clean. I was unfamiliar with Windows 10 but after a couple hours of just exploring it, I was comfortable using it. I had no problems getting connected to my printer or my e-mail account. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.George

It has birds in the top corner of screen but not in pic of sale. it says View Sonic is the company who made it. came with everything else right like I paid for.Erica

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/07/2020I ordered 2 n one came before the other not same day. 1st computer good condition slow with net at times. but over all pretty good. unlike the other one showed up 3days after must of been dropped or something box was damaged didn't look anything like 1st one monitor was so much older n heavy crappy broken keys etc my son is still using it but thinking of sending it back.Linda

The exterior of the desktop is in mint condition. It looks like it just came from Dell brand new, not a refurbished computer. The System Tower, Keyboard, Mouse, the Display and all the loose parts were solidly packed for shipping and everything arrived with no damage and was ready for the initial setup. When first powered up the desktop led me easily through the initial setup process. I was up and running within 10 minutes. I took a total of about eight hours to load all the programs and get to the desired operating configuration. This included installation and setup of Microsoft Office 365 which I purchased from Microsoft. All my legacy programs loaded and ran perfectly except for incompatible Office 2002 which I replaced with Office 365. I have had this Desktop for almost a month now and daily extol my praises for the device. Prior to making this purchase I had mixed emotions about purchasing a refurbished Desktop. The price was attractive, and I knew from previous experience that I could trust Walmart, so I made the purchase. That decision was one of the wisest decisions. For all practical purposes I ended up with a very powerful Desktop in the latest Windows operating system for a third of the price of a new Desktop.californiadonald
