EVERYONE NEEDS A GRAYSTONE!
Outstanding product. Easy to set up and use! I may never cook with a skillet again!

Disappointed!
Beware- this item could potentially be used. After putting together the whole grill, the last part was putting on the actually griddle top (which is at the bottom of the box)

    Love it
We had originally ordered the 36 inch Blackstone but the order got cancelled due to supplier. We ended up ordering the 28 inch on a deal and we are really happy with it. Hibachi, smash burgers, etc. I hope y'all enjoy as much as we do!

    Good, delivery was rough.
The product is green. Delivery it was awful, the box look like I had been kicked around and thrown on and off a truck multiple times. We ended up with a dented side on the grill.

    Prefer CharGrill
After cooking a few steaks on this flat top, I have determined I much prefer the chargrill taste instead of the “seared” taste on this grill. Also, the grill cover is more difficult to use than just a lift up lid found on CharGrills. The cover captures the rain and it makes for a wet mess on my deck ever time I go to use it because I have to dump the standing water off the top. Just adds to too many steps to light and cook a steak or meal. Looks nice on my deck and it is quality built- I think I just prefer the closed gas chargrill better.

    Blackstone Griddle
The box had a lot of sun damage and several large holes. It looks banged up.

    Bad experience
Damaged out of the box. Box wasn’t damaged. Blackstone customer support is a joke. They do not respond. Griddle pan bent, hole missing/damaged/drill broke off during manufacture to insert cotter pin, pre assembly assembled wrong. I’ve already had so many issues just trying to get this delivered, then he opened it for Father’s Day and discovered it’s condition. It almost looks like someone returned this one or something, except the box is in near perfect condition. I’ve heard so many nice things about these grills. It might be nice. Seems like it would be. If we could put it together.

    An Excellent Grill
The grill works extremely well, is easy to season, and is portable. It has the piezo electric start and, so far, that's worked like a breeze. It really pumps out the heat and works very much like a restaurant grill. The legs don't lock upright on their own, but depend on the tray to keep them in position. This means that it isn't completely trivial to fold up and put in the back of the truck. That said, the heaviest part of the grill is a full propane tank. I've seen questions asking whether it could be run with the legs folded and on a table top. You could, but the heat would probably damage or ignite the table. If I wanted to do this, which I'm not recommending, I'd prop the unit on a layer of bricks - which is probably more work than just using the legs.
