Pickup and Delivery

Your orders

Take advantage of Just Deals Store's Everyday Low Prices on a huge assortment of groceries and more and save time by shopping online by using Walmart’s Pickup and delivery service.

Simply place an order online, choose a timeslot, and an in-store associate will gather your items and place them in bags. When your order is ready, we will send a Ready for Pickup email if you’ve chosen to pick up from your local store or we’ll deliver your order right to your door.

Picking up your Order

Please wait until you receive an email from us stating your order is ready before going to the store.

Check in with the Just Deals Store app to let us know you're on your way. If you don't have the Just Deals Store app, you can call the store directly. Find the phone number under the store's address in your Ready for Pickup email.

Delivery of your Order

We partner with local, third-party drivers to bring your order right to your door. When your order is picked up, we'll send you an email letting you know the driver is on their way.

Delayed or Canceled Pickup Orders

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Before you contact customer care, be sure to:

  • Wait for the Ready for Pickup notification
  • Use our check-in option before you leave for the store and when you arrive
  • If you have received the notification and checked in before you arrived and are still experiencing a delay, call the store. The phone number is displayed in your app when you arrive at the pickup location.

If you still don't have your order after your delivery window has passed, select the Contact us button.
