Keeps on truckin'
I've had a 2003 Toyota Tacoma since 2018, it is now Nov. 2022 and the battery is showing some hesitation. The battery is EverStart Maxx 24FN 750cca with a 2/12 sticker. It also has a Walmart barcode. So ten and a half years old and still kicking. Walmart no longer sells this particular barcode but it does sell Maxx 24F 750cca. I don't know the difference between 24F and 24FN but I'm fixing to buy the Maxx 24F and hope it gets at least 5 good years.

Junk. Defective. Returned it.
Complete junk. Would not start my vehicle when purchased. Tried putting it on a battery conditioner and trickle charger. Showed full charge. Independent voltage meter said fully charged. Still wouldn't start a 4Runner. Showed 33% discharge after each attempt. Useless.

    excellent value
This is a replacement for the same battery that I purchased in February 2017. almost 6 years of trouble-free use. I do suggest the next day free delivery. The battery arrived in my driveway as promised (even though I could not find it in the store the previous day.) I returned the old battery the next day to my local Walmart for the $5 core refund, very painless. By the way it is about half the cost of similar batteries at local discount auto stores.

Questionsable date lable and redeced CCA
Received the battery today on 11/21/2022, but the label on battery says 12/22 when it's not even yet December 2022. They reduced CCA from advertised 750 to 725. We'll see how it goes once I install in the car. Online core charge refund will be a problem. If you care about getting core charge back, buy in the store.

    Good Automotive Battery
This review is for EverStart Maxx Lead Acid Automotive Battery, Group Size 24F. I just bought and installed this to replaced the same battery model installed in August 2017. A recent battery load test shows the old battery to be just barely marginal. We could probably get more life out of it, it isn't giving us any trouble, but since we plan to travel north in a few weeks I replaced it. It installed with no problem in our 2012 Toyota Rav4 Limited, as it did five years ago. I don't understand the review saying this battery doesn't fit in Toyota cars and trucks.

Battery is NOT 24F as labeled and stated.
Battery is not 24F standard 8" tall. Battery is over 1/4" over specs for height. It DOES NOT FIT TOYOTA cars and trucks that require 24F. The bracket arm on Toyota does not allow batteries over 8" height - the standard for 24F.

They should update their website . Its misleading
Disappointed because online it says 750 CCA. I got a 700 CCA only. Little bit lighter than my Old one.

Good Batgtery - DO NOT BUY ON LINE - BUY IN STORE
If you want to buy this, buy it in person in the store. If you buy on line for store pickup they will bill the core charge as part of the (one line) tax and the store staff have no clue how to refund the core charge when you bring the old battery in. Store sale has the core charge as a separate line item on the bill. Store personnel seem to think a 20% sales tax line item is a legit sales tax. They need to go back to math class and learn the local sales tax rate. Store management less than helful.

Maybe there is a defect with MAXX 24F.
Battery worked fine for a year then when I went to start my truck, the battery was dead. Tried to jump start with my EverStart battery pack booster but it gave errors. My EverStart charger quit trying to charge after a minute saying Replace Battery. The battery measured 2.1 vdc. I took it back. The battery tester said replace battery. Of course there are none in stock anywhere. Good thing it is my old truck I don't need much. Overall my history with these batteries are good.

    Best warranty on the market.
Bought 2 of these (group 24F) batteries for my 2007 FJ Cruiser and 2014 4Runner. Both work perfectly in -40 Temps. Can't beat the 5 year warranty. If it fails in the first 3 years they'll replace it and pro rated for the last 2 years.

    Improved battery this time
Previously these batteries did not last the AH and the service years. Walmart would not replace them claiming that they found it good. Now the quality has improved. It hold more power/charge, for a longer time and I hope they will perform for many years as other batteries outside walmart. I brought in old bad battery, and only this time walmart test procedure must have improved or walmart started being honest in this regard, agreed the old battery was bad and replaced to give me a good battery instead. I felt it was good. It performed for a long time with engine shutoff. I also tested upto two weeks and found that it holds charge. I now hope it will last for long. Actually I purchased two. One for inside home use.

I love Walmart they have everything!! for less and quick this was a life saver for less than $100.00 their price was $100.00 less than Pep Boys!! (And thats not including what Pep Boys charges for installation) and $66.00 less than AAA ( plus they hit you for a service rendered) took it to Shell gas station $20.00 to install!! Cant beat it with a stick!!! If she gets a year out of it great its more than paid for itself.

    EverStart MAXX-24F review
There is definitely a defect in these batteries. I'm going through 1 every year. Bought it 2 years ago and had to return 2 so far. When they go dead they don't even hold a charge, which is unheard of for a 1 yr. old battery. My last battery was Interstate and lasted 5 1/2:years. I don't want to be bothered taking a battery back every year. I would like to hear from the manufacturer.

Best deal out there with $10 rollback.
I had an Everstart last 6 years 10 months. I changed out because a week prior it was run dead when interior light left on. Also N.J. winter was on way. I rate these as good as a Costco battery. They are probably the same manufactures Johnson Control. They are also actually cheaper with -$10 rollback. I bought a few Napa Legend batteries. They are v.good but very pricey. Exide Is also good.I will never buy a die-hard 1 lasted 3y 4 months. (A Dead cell) So my go to for now on will be Everstart long life great price. ( The battery is 725 CCA not 750 like others commented )

Be sure to check your new battery's water!!
I was very fortunate as I had 1 month left of the 3 year replacement. Battery developed 2 bad cells in 35 months, CCA reduced from 750 to 565. It would charge to a maximum of 12.55 vdc but not hold it even overnight. My replacement battery was assembled 2/20 so today it is 4 months old. After installing it and driving about an hour I decided to check voltage and water levels. I expected at least high 12 vdc maybe even low 13 but alas, she was around 12.6. I popped the water caps and to my amazement, I could see the tops of the cells were nearly exposed. A brand new battery took over 1.5 LITERS of water. No wonder these things fail so frequently. I didn't "top them off" as many people do, over filling them. Just to the notch at the bottom of the sight cylinder. After adding water it will hold ~12.8 Get your QA/QC in order guys.

Seven year old battery still works
I installed a Everstart battery in my Altima seven years ago. It was 15 degrees (F) this morning and the car started fine. My wife was worried about the battery being so old so I had it tested. It still had 441 CCAmps (new rating 700 CCA). But the report still said it should be replaced so I bought another one just to keep the Mrs happy. We plan to keep the car. It's only 24 years old with 246,000 miles. I told the clerk "see you in 2024". Bob H in NW Indiana.
