Prime……. Here I come!
Sent me an open box package as new clearly it wasn't as it was missing the hardware package and one mounting hook! This is unacceptable and I will be moving my business back to Amazon!

    I ordered 2 items Tilting TV Wall Mount for 24"-84" TVs with HDMI Cable, UL Certified And i got 2 items, but one of them did not bring either the HDMI cable or the hardware for assembly. What do I do without them? Thanks

    Issues upon delivery
    I recently received this wall my for an order where I had purchased a new 75 inch TV. When I got the product the box was damaged, I had confirmed everything though was still in the package. When I look over the contents of the package I noticed there were bends in the framing. Based on the material this looked like a considerable amount of pressure to create these bends. It took a bit to bend them into their normal shape so that we can use the product.
