Great Product!
This is by far the best felt tip eyeliner I have ever used. It is also far superior to the $2.00 smaller e.l.f. felt liner, and for only $1.00 more... Why wouldn't you try it?! It is very very dark black, has smooth application, is easy to use, and has a very decent amount of product in it. Highly recommended.

Don't bother.
This eyeliner is the worst I've ever had. Everytme I tried to do my usual cat liver, it was one thick line in which I had to correct. I tried to give it chances, but ending up throwing in the trash.

    kind of sad.
    it's very disappointing. the tip is not pigmented, so it's difficult to make a sharp wing. if you are looking for a sharp winged liner, this is NOT it.

    Absolute worst eyeliner ever.
    It's so bad I have to use mascara and an angle brush until I can get to the store to buy a NYX brand eyeliner.

    Disappointing ngl
    I was really excited to try this product by elf because I'm a big fan of them but this product not only disappointed but it made me wonder if it was just the one i got , so i ordered another one and it was the same exact consistency and so sheer and would smudge out so easily , the color isnt even black its more like a dark gray. Im very sad that this wasnt what i was expecting. Would not recommend ;(

    Still has plenty of liquid in it but it can't make it down into the small end of the felt tip. Disappointed. I'm going back to the smaller tip ELF eyeliner pen.

    a no from me
    Had like no ink or whatever in it after one stroke… now it just barely puts a faded grey on and whenever i try to double layer and make it darker it just takes off whats already on my eye.
