Box came all banged up! The Black on my suitcases got a white stain on the bottom that don't comes off and it has some cracks . Why? All 3 off them

    I used big these one time and the wheels on the big one don't roll straight and and the wheels On the small one just stop with the floor isn't flat. Color was what it said and held what I needed it to.

    Not a strong matter for a luggage
    I used my luggage for the first time trip and it fell apart! One wheel completely came off its case!

    Not a good company
    I was sent this faulty product, the zipper spits upon usage. Their resolution that has been rejected - they offered me a $15 refund on a product that cost $130. Do not purchase this product if you don't want your clothing to arrive in a bin at the airport!

    Wheels broke on 2 large pieces first day of use
    The wheels on this luggage set was very fragile. Couldn't roll as they were supposed to. Went over a cobble stoned street- one broke. In the airport as I rolled up to the counter, the second one broke. It was quiet difficult getting around with 2 3-wheeled luggage pieces.

    Broken before I even used it. I packed my things and hadn't even gotten to my car and the wheel popped off i was really disappointed I really liked these and the color and lock where very nice but the quality of the zipper and wheels killed me i was forced to return the item

    Trash!!! No Stars Isn't An Option
    I used this set once for my trip and the wheels fell off!!!! I went to open my luggage for my charger while I wait for the Lyft and the zippers slid off!!!! Where's my refund for the inconvenience and waste of time purchasing this item. I had to tape it closed in order to get the luggage home.

    these are the worst suitcases ever. I bought three set's and all three broke after one use. They only offered me 40% back but I want a full refund.
