i asked the lady at the 1800 number to make SURE my poles came with my trampoline net, and she said they did. And of course they did not!!

    The item is smaller than 14ft. I need to do some improvements in order to fit my trampoline. I di not want to take it off and return it. I did not recommend to buy this item.

    Too small
    I bought this for my 14ft trampoline and its too small. Having only one set of buckles is ridiculous

    Straps are improperly sewn, cheap.
    Straps tore less than 10 days after receiving it. Cheap, and won't make it one year. Buy something nicer!

    Does the job, less than desirable design.
    It will keep the kids in the trampoline, but the assembly is a pain. The string that threads the bottom is very long (it threads the diameter of the trampoline) so figuring out the process to thread it is a challenge. I also needed to get a new string because the first string started unravelling while threading, so if you purchase this, be mindful of keeping the strings' end protected while threading.
