I bought this item for my wife and she absolutely loves it. The food cooked on it is delicious and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hibachi type grill at home.

NOT FOR COMMERCIAL, broken after 5 months.
This review is from a COMMERCIAL USE standpoint, if you are purchasing this griddle for occasional home use it might last you some time. I purchased this griddle for use in my restaurant. It has lasted 5 months of daily use. Yesterday it died without warning. We took it apart to find many things inside melted. This griddle was perfect for our needs and I am extremely sad to see it die. THIS IS NOT A COMMERCIAL QUALITY PRODUCT, if you are purchasing this for commercial use, don't waste your time or money!

    Deceitful.
    The before picture is an undone baked chicken. The after picture is a very undone cooked on a dirty grill chicken. Deceit. Straight slap in the face to customers. Anyone who has ever worked in the restaurant industry, cooked on a flat top knows better than to fall for this atrocity

    Better than non-stick
    Works very good just like the one I bought several years ago. They will wear out, but when you get them seasoned, they cook as good as my cast iron skillets, that I like better than my non-stick.

    The best flat top around!
    Wish I had purchased this years ago. I have used the full size griddles in my restaurants for years but when I retired 10 years ago it never dawned on me to buy a small unit for the home. It is so useful, I use it every day for most of my cooking. I even do my Asian, Mexican and seafood cooking on the griddle. The purchase of a steamer cap was very helpful along with a wooden crape kit.

    Very Disappointed
    I liked the color but it is not stainless steel as described and it smokes it was not easy to clean and the food stuck on so I'm not happy but it's to heavy to return.

    Easy to use
    I really like the easy if use and ease of cleaning. It really doesnt smoke much. I was expecting it to why cooking. I havent cooked hamburger meat yet but I have made bacon. Really am enjoying it.
