Awesome Griddle Cooking!
Great item. Before using I had to use a drywall trowel to scrape off the shipping oil then used dawn dish soap to remove remaining oil. It will smoke a little the first time from underside. I use this everday on my food truck. I have cook eggs, bacon, hash browns, burgers, phillys, chicken

Wouldn't buy again
I like the overall of this griddle but mine showed up beat up i love the finish of it and the whole build quality is nice just sad it was beat up, took a long time to get here too I would like to have it and cook on it made quality I would just use it but where the dent is makes me worried it wont last long

    Amazing product
    It is perfect. It takes a lot of power, but on the back there is a ground if you want to take it to the max. I use a gas one at work and now I can cook for my family. And you can fit more than a traditional griddle. Worth the price for how long it's gonna work
