A little goes a long way
I tend to get dry skin in the winter, I use various products. However, this particular intense lotion is just what I needed. The lotion is intense to say the least. It's incredibly concentrated. Just one squirt is enough that I was able to do my very dry hands, up my arms and some onto my husband. I had not expected it to be so thick. The lotion leave my skin soft, it feels moisturized but not greasy. As an artist I was afraid to let my hands greasy as it leaves spots on my paper. However this did not. The smell is pleasant, it's not quite flowery, not quite fruity, but not overpowering. Over all I am happy with the results. Even after showering my skin stayed moisturized from earlier that day using the lotion so the moisture stays in for a long while.

    Definitely a rich lotion!!
    This lotion is really rich, doesn't require a lot to use and doesn't have a bad smell to it. I've used it twice a day, once in the morning & again at bedtime and have noticed my hands are definitely softer! Have already recommended this lotion to my daughters who also have dry hands!

    No more dry skin
    The Weleda Skin Food Original Ultra-Rich Cream is very moisturizing and good for people with dry skin like myself. I used the Weleda Cream mainly on my elbows and feet and it really moisturized my skin. A little goes a long way, it has Rosemary, Chamomile and Pansy Extracts in it. It is paraben, fragrance, phthalate, synthetic preservative free & not tested on animals. I like this cream alot and my skin has a glow to it. If you're tired of having dry cracking skin I recommend you to get the Weleda Original Ultra-Rich Cream Skin Food.

    The Weleda Skin Food is super thick and has a rich, creamy texture. I love that it hasn't been tested on animals and co tai s no parabens. It's thick but warms up in your hands and is easy to apply to the skin. It absorbs after a few minutes. The only thing I didn't like is the strong perfume-y fragrance. I would've preferred a lighter scent. It doesn't t smell bad. It smells clean but very much like perfume. I highly recommend to anyone with dry akin that loves to smell good.

    So often I run into products that make claims that thru can't uphold. This lotion is fabulous! I appreciate the small size to carry with me to work. My hands dry out because of the constant sanitizing I must do in the classroom. It has a unique herbal scent and the formula absorbs into your skin without leaving behind a greasy residue. My skin feels so nourished and the cracks I usually get are completely gone. I've been applying it to my feet as well along my heels as they often dry out as well. I am impressed with this product, the quality, formula and ingredients.

    Weleda Skin Food Satisfies
    I don't even know where to begin, if you have somewhat dry skin / very dry skin this is for you.The smell,and texture of this is on point Its nice and thick,and smooth,not watery or greasy like similiar products .This Skin food did an awesome Jib on my feet,see pictures above. The only con of this product ,is that I need another tube.A little goes a long way,so I'm am rationing out my skin food.Is also good for hands and feet,all parts benefit .

    Heavy cream for dry hands and feet
    I've been using this cream for a few days now and it's made a huge difference on my dry hands and feet. In the winter my hands dry out and crack and this cream has healed them in a few days. It reminds me of Nivea cream in terms of the consistency but it's not as greasy, it absorbs much better. I really like the scent as well, it's very fresh and clean smelling and isn't overpowering. You only need a dab as it rubs in and covers really well. It's plant based which is an added bonus. It's a great skin cream if you have very dry skin.

    Excellent for dry skin.
    I've had my eye on this product for a while and I finally got to use it and these are my thoughts.. -Super rich and emollient. Great for dry patches but i had a hard time applying to large areas like my face, there was some tugging trying to get it to spread. I decided to mix it in with a lightweight moisturizer and the results where awesome, super glowy and protected skin. I also use it right out the shower on wet skin and its spreads so much better and helps my skin retain hydration. LOVE IT! it does have a super light scent that I dont mind, floral I think.

    Great For Extremely Dry Skin!
    I have had a life long issue with very dry skin. It is a real problem, especially in the harsh winters where I live. The Skin Food Original is a perfect solution for my dry skin issues. I like to apply it as a mask before bed in the winter because it is kind of heavy and greasy. A tiny bit goes a long way!! It is almost like using a lip balm for your face as far as explaining the relief my skin gets from this. It feels very healing to cracked dry skin. I also like to use it on my hands when they get dry and cracked. I love that it has no animal testing, is free of parabens and phthalates, free of synthetic preservatives and fragrances. The only thing negative is how oily it can make your skin if you put too much or if you don't have time to let it absorb before applying makeup. I make sure I have at least 20 minutes to let it absorb if I am applying it before I apply foundations so it is not greasy or heavy. Once it absorbs, my skin feels soft and hydrated, so, the oily feeling is just the initial reaction of your skin because it has so many nutrients for your skin to absorb. Great product, my winter is much better with it! It leaves my skin looking fresh and hydrated and feeling brand new.
