So far, so great!
Scans run very fast. No pop up offers when trying to do other things. All the way back to Windows 7 is supported however, only certain browsers. For myself this was difficult.

Software great - Customer Experience Poor
Love the software - hate the process the company puts me through as a current customer. First I do not get the rate I got when I signed on and they try to raise the rate highly at the end of the year. What that forces me to do is let my annual subscription run up and then start over. I'm not sure I will do this again as I will find another vendor that can provide the same and/or similar software experience without the hassle.

    DId nothing for my problem.
    Had a virus get into my android phone by sending a PDF through Google Drive. I panicked and purchased Secure Anywhere which I had used previously for years. Nothing has been found. The app is getting shut off on my phone. I have to go and re-login all the time as the malware must be shutting it down. I wasted $60!

    A Cut Above!
    I had Webroot and cancelled it. Went to Norton 360 because they offered me a deal. So sorry that I went there. DId not like the way it operates. Very frequently would block some of the sites I visited; which I knew were "safe sites." Also, constantly wanting me to upgrade (of course, an additional $50 to $100). I went back to Webroot, so glad I did. Easier to operate, easier to understand. Well worth the money! Thanks!

    I still am not able to download to any of my devices and every time I sign in then I go to download it it doesn't pull up and then when I ask for help from support it asks me to sign in again and the says my password is incorrect. Not sure what going on.

    I had no problem downloading the Webroot Secure Anywhere on my Apple laptop. I had tried several times to download the Webroot Mobile Security on My Apple iphone 13 and after working with Support I was told there is not antivirus option available for Apple iOS devices...

    I don't feel like i can give 5 star because it is too easy for someone to claim a rep for webroot and try to block my download and even entered my pc and wanted to charge me $120. to fix my pc. I turned my pc off, waited a couple days and finished my download as i should have been able to before.

    Review Webroot Internet Security service.
    Webroot Internet Security was able to stop the many viruses that tried to invade my computer. I highly recommend using this internet security if you do a lot of browsing in the internet not knowing if you picked up any unknown viruses while searching websites on the internet.

    Initial Webroot installation
    After much pain in removing the old Symantec software off my two main computers, the installation of the Webroot software was relatively easy. Somewhat confusing was trying to figure out which version of Webroot I needed to purchase. Simpler language for non-computer engineers to understand the differences would help. Operationally the only issue I've come across so far is that on my old Dell computer it no longer allows me to select and disengage a flash drive for safe removal as it use to. This function still works on my HP computer, so I don't know why it quit working on the other since the Webroot installation seemed to occur without a hitch on both machines.
