Good Phone
I've bought 4 of these in the past year or 2. I'm using one for a year and bought one as a back up. It's still going strong. The other 2 were for family members. They like them because they are easy to use. Good Phone for the price

Not bad, but could be better
(verified purchase)
Verdict: Very worth the $29 price tag if you plan on using it for basic needs(web surfing, emailing, texting, calling, social apps, etc) and you'll need a phone plan with a medium-large data needs.
Three stars because its 2020 and devices should have more standard storage. Also, I'd like 1 additional gig of ram. Both those upgrades aren't a lot $/unit, but have big impact on performance and enjoyment.
Likes:
-High-quality screen. Not huge, but not 4.7inch diagonal you get with even the iphone 7(not 7 pro).
- Speedy enough to not trash the user experience for most tasks and light multitasking.
- Camera is just ok. With just 8mp, it had better than I expected picture quality.
Dislikes:
- Walmart plans w/data run from $25/month-$35/month(unlimited 15gb data). There is no reaaaly cheap plan with unlimited voice calling, texts, and 5gb monthly data for $6/month total, like other phone plan services offer. AND, you cant just sign up for those services either since the phone is "locked" to Walmart Fam Mobile service for at least 1 year(of paid service).
- 16gb of built-in storage for apps is usable, but not if you plan to frequently record audio/video clips. FYI, Google offers unlimited storage of pictures if you have an account and the Google Photos app installed. To take advantage of this, just make sure the location/directory you use to store pictures is being automatically backed up by the Photos app(see the app settings to change).
You can expand the built-in storage with a micro sd card(up to 32gb), which can be around $15 bucks.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/03/2021LG Rebel 4, a real deal.LG Rebel 4 has all the features you would find on phones that cost a lot more. I added on a Walmart case plus a 32 GB micro sd card and the cost was still under fifty dollars.gerard

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/29/2021Bang for your buck! This is a solid Android device if you don't want to pay top dollar for Samsung or Galaxy or anything like that and also this thing is better than any iPhone and it is cheap and worth every penny if you want to throw money away you can buy something else but it's not even going to work as good as thisJack

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/05/2020Time will tell! The LG Rebel cell phone was definitely one of the most affordable phones I've ever owned. It has lots of nice features. It doesn't respond to the two taps on the screen to awaken it immediately, however, once you get it to respond, it performs just fine. When I was in a big medical building I couldn't make a call....???? But, it's new to me, so I'm trying to learn about its capabilities.InstantMomma
