I was happy to receive this phone earlier than expected on a Sunday no less Tracking was easy shopping on line was way easier then in the Store. Didn't have to ideal with employees who have an attitude and no knowledge.

Too many bells and whistles for me to appreciate
This phone is far more complicated and complex than my previous phone. It reminds me of a new car with more electronics and and gadgets than necessary. Is this what defines a "smartphone" ? I am going to look for a "dumb phone" for more simplicity and ease of navigation with 32 GB of internal memory.

    Great phone for a great price, very durable and easy to use, purchased it for my mom who is 78 yrs old and is not mech inclined but she loves it. Thumbs Up!!!

    All in all it is a good phone..
    Processor and camera are slow. Camera takes awhile to focus. Voice commands take a bit longer than they should.

    Pretty standard little phone.. does come with some bloatware, but according to family mobile's policy you can have your phone unlocked after 6 months of use. Then it's as simple as rooting it to get rid of everything you don't need.

    ***Phone does not come with charging cable*** Just with the USB wall port. Looks like a standard Android port but isn't. Takes a special cord

    Not bad for a cheap phone. I had ordered 2 for the hubby and myself. Not that great on durability, I say this because my hubby cracked his phone's screen right out the box so we had to return it and reorder a new one. Other than how easily breakable it is I have no other problems with mine

    Very Basic Phone
    I bought this phone for my grandson so he could play games on it. The memory on this phone isn't very good, or perhaps the processor. In any case they either didn't load, or worked too slowly. I had to return it.

    LG is a reliable smart phone with 32GB
    The 32 GB is as good as higher priced smart phones There are too many preinstalled apps that can't be uninstalled Also Google Messenger is the best but you can't change the theme LG is a reliable phone and you can't beat the price
