Works
I have restless legs and a little of this helps me to go to sleep and sleep longer before restless legs wake me. Dries my mouth somewhat, but does not leave me feeling groggy like other sleep aids do. The cherry flavor is better than the berry.

wouldn't recommend.
this did not work for me at all. I took the original about 2 years ago and it actually made me hallucinate but I never got any sleep. I bought this two pack hoping maybe it would taste better than the original and what actually help me get sleep but it doesn't.

    Excellent sleep aid.
    Maybe it's anxiety, maybe it's being oldish, but when I have trouble staying asleep, or falling asleep, this product works very well. It usually works in about 20 minutes and if I fill the cup to the upper line, I am usually able to sleep thru the night. If I mix with alcohol, I wake up groggy, so I don't recommend it and besides, not healthy to do!!!
