    try the ZZZ for pain works very fast.
    Red berry not as effect as the blue berry bottle takes twice as long to fall asleep and did not stay asleep. for long.

    i love Vicks Zzzquil! As i get older it gets harder to get a good nights sleep. Taking Zzzquil helps me fall alseep faster and keeps me aleep longer. I wake feeling rested with no "hangover".

    I never sleep. Wake up all night. Tried sleeping pill but with Sleep Apnea was not safe. Finally tried Zzquil and actually slept. There are no after-effects and I can fall back to sleep when I wake up during the night.
