    Don't waste your money!
    These patches are to have zero vapors. I literally wrapped one around my nose and still couldn't smell it. I ended up rubbing classic vaporub into the remaining patches to get some kind of use out of them.

    Don't buy it
    This was such a waste of money. The vapor smell isn't strong enough to reach your sinuses. I thought it would be easier than applying the vapo itself but I rather would've struggled

    This is the same as the child size and a lot more expensive so save yourself money and buy the child size, exactly the same, also it doesn't really give you much help being on your clothing, you will need 3 or 4 of them to get any effect, using the vicks rub or cream is a better options, sorry vicks, greats idea but needs improved. Maybe a on the skin patch would be better on the head or under the nose. The cram is great for migraines on the forehead and cheeks as well. I like the cream better on my skin then the rub, but for really bad chest cols the rub is best.

    Relieved congestion
    I had a sinus confection and was having issues sleeping. I applied the VapoPatch to my shirt while sleeping and it definitely helped relieve some sinus congestion and provided for a more peaceful sleep. The smell was cooling and provided some relief for my sinus and throat similar to the vicks vaporub but without having to apply it directly on my skin.
