Allergy spray
I have tried other sinus sprays and never satisfied. Since severe allergy spray is the best to help clear stuffy nose from allergies and sinusitis. It opens up your stuffy nose immediately. Highly recommend this product.

I received a clearly previously opened / used nasal spray in my delivery order from the store. The product has worked well in the past. However, please be alert and check packaging, for your family's safety! I received an obviously opened package in my delivery order today. See photos. Someone had literally torn the top of the box off, opened the product, and then Scotch taped the box back together after possibly using the product (which is not only incredibly gross, but dangerous with Covid, RSV, and flu circulating). What amazes me is that someone at the Walmart return counter accepted the item back in this condition, and then proceeded to reshelve a used nasal spray for sale to another customer. Wow. Perhaps even worse is the fact that a Walmart delivery order employee picked up an obviously used and damaged personal care health item, and put it in with my order as if it was perfectly fine. That is dangerous and unacceptable. Please check your items for tampering or prior use. I certainly hope that this does not happen to any other customers!

    Great store to shop at!
    Really like the product because it works so well but unfortunately I bought the last bottle. I hope they restock it. Price was lower than anywhere else around my house.

    Understand what you are buying.
    This product is not the Vick's Severe nasal spray with aloe to provide moisturizing. Must somehow read the microscopic print to discern the difference.

    I was struggling with a horrible sinus infection and was unable to sleep or breath for over 48 hr straight , I was loosing my mind but thank god my mom found this stuff !! After using it once I slept for 9 hr uninterrupted finally being able to breath and I didn't need it again till over a day and 1/2 later. literally saved my life
