    Feel Groggy in the morning
    So I was really looking forward to trying ZzzQuil as I heard so many great things about it. The taste is good and these are very easy to chew, no getting stuck to my teeth. I take two usually about an hour before I want to go to sleep. It definitely helps me fall asleep and even if I woke up during the night I do not seem to be as long as I used to prior to taking these, which is great. My problem is I feel a bit groggy when I wake up in the morning, which is not something I need or want to feel when getting the kids ready for school and starting my day of work. If it was not for that feeling I would definitely continue to use these.

    ZzzQuil PURE Zzzs Melatonin gummies taste great! I love the sugar coating! I also definately sleep better when I take them! Sometimes my teenagers take them too if they are having trouble falling asleep.

    Absolutely loving Vicks - ZzzQuil™ PURE Zzzs™ Melatonin Gummies! Recently I started suffering with lack of inconsistent sleep. So I decided to try a melatonin supplement.     Sometimes when I'm very tired I have problems falling asleep. I take one ZZZ gummie this are a little stronger, but help me to relax and calm down. I don't feel groggy next morning and they taste good.
