A little disappointed
The part that holds the tablet is not as sturdy as I had hoped it slides around at the slightest touch. Would not hold a heavier tablet. Once I get it exactly where I want it I can put a little super glue in the joints to keep it from moving around. 3 stars because it is not sturdy enough for my tablet in place.

    Excellent Tablet Stand
    I bought the Universal Tablet Desk Stand for Most 4.7" to 12.9" Tablets and found it to be an excellent stand option. The base is heavily weighted and holds the tablet securely. Unlike a similar stand I bought from Staples, the clamps extend wide enough to hold my tablet in portrait position. The unit comes with a wall mount option that allows me to take the holder and position it on a wall for additional functionality. I like it so much that I purchased second one for my husband.

    Good IPad Stand
    Very stable and easily positioned once you get it adjusted correctly. Works great with lighted IPads but not as well is older and heavier ones.
