Unprogamable Remote Control
With this remote I did not have to program it to my old tv. It just started working right away! This is the first time ever that I bought a remote control without having to program it to my tv.

    Terrible, I have to send it back because it is not really a Universal Remote Control. It is for a specific brand of tv's, not universal. So disappointed. :(

    No instructions
    There was nothing in the packaging besides the remote and I could not figure out how to pair it with my TV. I tried several different things to get it to pair and nothing worked. Going to return it!.

    Great replacement remote
    Worked right out of the plastic...didn't have to do any setup like I thought I would. Has all the features that original remote had as far as I can tell...at least it has all the ones I use. :-) (still can't figure out where that original one got away too...)
