No hangover effect
I have used these for years and appreciate the no hangover effect. The pills help me not only fall asleep but remain asleep. As you see from many reviews, many people only take half of a pill. Therefore, the pills are scored, and half is also what I take.

Idk what everyone else is taking but ive been up 24 hours and I took two tablets lastnight at 7pm. I'm disappointed because nothing else otc seems to work :/

    Doesn't work for me
    I used to use Unisom with Diphenhydramine HCI but it was a little strong for me. If I don't have 8 to 10 hours to sleep I feel hung over when I wake up. I tried this hoping it would be a little better but it doesn't work for me at all. I've even doubled the dose. Two hours after taking it I'm still awake. When I do get to sleep I wake up 3 hours later like I didn't even take it.

    Not for me
    I know most of my sleep problems are hormonal but I thought this would work because it has doxylamine which is what's in Nyquil (not Zzzquil) which always helps me get sleepy but i guess it's the combination of doxylamine and whatever else is in there for the cold and flu portion that works as a combination lol. Wouldn't buy again but still take it the really bad night in hope it atleast give me a placebo effect and not just waste of money.

    May have helped a little. I often take Benedryl for my allergies and it no longer makes me sleepy at all. While this is a different antihistimine, it is the same drug class so while it may have helped me some, it still took me qwhile to fall asleep.

    I like this product very much. I sleep all night and dont spend long trying to get to sleep. Once there I dont have any trouble staying asleep.

    These r very effective when u need help getting to sleep. But, I should be sure u can devote a good 8 hrs to sleep. Everyone is different, but best to try it when u have time to see how long it will leave u sleepy.

    Don't take the whole tab, break it in two, you have to sleep this off , if not headaches, dizziness , grogginess. Do not take this, and get only few hours of sleep and then drive or handle machines. Feels like hang over

    Use sparingly
    I have taken these two nights in a row and fine the following day I am groggy all day long. I need to be alert and have now set these aside for the above reason.
