Free Falling Heavy Equipment For Fun Film Frolic
This is the last of the 'real live combines and tractors dropped from the sky' films. Movies are all digital now and though fun to watch, you miss the physics of the weight of the huge objects as our unlucky/lucky team go through Nature's fast balls. If you like movies from 2000 or later, this is not for you. If you like reality of objects, it is a fun movie with lots of characters in and behind the film. Heavy hitters and great script give it heart and soul. Turn off everything, turn up the volume and hang on. Read the entire end credits, Eddie Van Halen plays music, Howie Mandel is there on a crew and more. I saw this at a drive-in movie theater in 1997. It is awesome on a giant screen especially while the drive-in is being destroyed while you are at the drive-in, such fun! Movies in this category 5 are rare, ie; It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World with hundreds of convertibles and rare cars destroyed and every comedian who was every on film was in it. Watch the car scenes and they really flew a plane through a billboard, Comedies; Bringing Up Baby, The Philadelphia Story, The Water Boy, Young Frankenstein and any Bob Hope or Jerry Lewis film is time worthy. So many films and funny people with Woody Harrelson, Jim Carey, Ryan Reynolds, Sandra Bullock, Curt Russel and so many more. "It looks good on you." as Rodney Dangerfield would say...and Uncle Buck is making the worlds largest pancake and visiting the principal in "The Back-firing Beast" with cigar and attitude. Our great lady funny folks, Thelma Todd and the oh so missed Betty White, Gilda Radner, with back-up by Marty Feldman and Gene Wilder. Maybe Arnold Stang can stop Johnathan Winters from dismantling his gas station? Not likely...

Great movie... We live in tornado alley, so we understand this type of weather. Also, fun to watch it and recognize movie locations in movie.

I have a fascination with storms and I also think that Helen hunt is just wonderful and I love her as an actress. I believe that anyone who likes to be able to put themselves into the movie will love this.
