    I Thought It Was All Hullabaloo
    Never, ever, ever, did I think I would Rave about a crochet hook. Sure they come in different materials, with a variety of handles, and some are shorter where others are longer, and then there's the tapered vs the in-line. However, I will rave about these, yes I will! I will no longer call into question the mental acuity of those who bought these before me. I now get it. They're lightweight, feel like nothing in the hands and I attribute that sensation (or lack thereof) to their balance. This is the first hook that's had a thumb rest that's been usable by this pencil style holder. Arthritis is keeping quiet as I crochet with these hooks. They don't Snag! At All! If you've ever worked with yarn that snags on a hook, you know how frustrating that can be. These are so silky that nary a wayward fiber grabs hold. The case with scissors, a ruler, and the tapestry needles - everything you need for on-the-go crochet. The scissors are sharp and I appreciate the points because you can really get finicky with your work if need be. Let's talk price. Yeah, that prohibited me for a while, too. I mean, you can get the same number of hooks with a case from "elsewhere" for $15 or less. So try this - get One of these guys. That was my gateway. I ordered from the yarn store a 3 mm Etimo hook. Instant love the moment I started hooking. I haven't touched any of my other hooks but for to move them aside since I received that 3 mm. I patiently waited for this bundle to arrive. Let's break it down. 8 hooks, a pair of nice scissors, 2 tapestry needles and a ruler. This set was $45 when I purchased it. 45 / 8 is less than $5 per hook and that's not including what you'd spend on the extras (more than $5, that's for sure). So what's the difference between the pink and the grey? The color. That's it. The pink are to support breast cancer, but I do that through other avenues so I was morally inclined to treat myself to the more economically priced set. So much so that I saved up and bought the TEG-002 set that goes from 2 mm to 6 mm and I got another pair of scissors, a case, the needles and ruler. I also treated myself to a 1.25, 1.50, and 1.75 hook (my eyes are too bad to go any smaller or I'd have saved to purchased the set). My collection is complete, I don't even need to look at another hook. All I'm missing is a special case for my small steel hooks.

    Comfort. Walmart had these for 1/2 the price as other places I checked. I like the included needles and scissors. The case is really nice too. I like having all the popular sizes in one set. I believe these are the best out there in the economical prize range. This is truly a bargain for what you get.
