It gets the job done. It is a little bulky.
The unit works great with a variety of chips. The device is a little bulky and blocks the second usb port on my laptop when it is plugged in. Speed thru put is good. The bulkiness does add tremendous protection to the fragile chips you put inside it.

Slightly bulky, but performance is awesome
Used to access photos from my SD cards, and the 3.0 USB quickly accesses these files. My last card reader would take much longer to open files, and now that is not a problem. The overall size is somewhat bulky, but the hinged door is a nice feature to help keep cards protected and secure while traveling.

    This is the handiest gadget I think I have bought lately.
    we take a tremendous amount of pictures of container and truck loading so it comes in handy when I have to move the pictures from the camera and try to keep the number of photos down on the card.

    The form factor is somewhat larger, but the cover on the back protects the SD card when it's installed, so you can keep the card installed while transporting without risk of losing it.

    Great card reader
    I brought this because I needed an sd card reader to use with my dslr since my laptop only accepts micro sd. It works great and requires no software or drivers installed. Just plug it in and Windows will do the rest.
