Just what I hoped for
bought this specifically to make Atayef pancakes during Ramadan. Resounding success compared to my small pan. Cooks them without burning and bubbles all across the surface. Very pleased for the price I paid too.

Disposable pan, will not last long.
It's junk. First, it says steel grey, when it should say steel-grey. It is aluminum with a steel-grey colored coating. I followed the directions. They say to not use cooking spray, and oil the pan. I know not to go above medium in nonstick surfaces, so I didn't. I think they might have said to not put it in the dishwasher, but after giving up on the pan I began to do so. The pan warped, the nonstick sticks more than my stainless steel pans - won't come clean in the dishwasher like the stainless pans, even when all it cooked was pancakes. I grew up using Faberware aluminum clad stainless steel pots and pans, which my mom still uses to this day, and she gave me some of her set and I use them. I think she's had them almost 50 years. Maybe I need to buy vintage cookware at garage sales to get something decent. This is garbage in less than a year. Consider this a disposable pan. I want to buy something once and have it last.

    Dishwasher and cooktop safe…not true! Surface metal came off in the first washing in the dishwasher. Worse yet, it permanently marked my cooktop!

    Waste of money!
    Absolute garbage. It's not non-stick at all. Half of the egg will stick on to the pan. Buy this only if you're ready to use a lot of oil.

    Would buy it again
    Great price for a pan that is easy to cook eggs and meat on. It's so much easier than using a frying pan to cook these everyday foods on the stove. It does a good job in getting the job done for you and is very easy to clean with just a swipe or two and you are done!

    This pan is great ! I owned the same pan before and after several years it needed replacing and that is why I ordered the same one again! It lasts for years if taken care of and used properly. It does an awesome job cooking foods like bacon, grilled sandwiches, pancakes, french toast , and much more. 100% good quality, Great price as well, Durability is outstanding to.

    Works Great, But be Sure to Season It
    This griddle works great. I did have trouble getting the sticker residue off the griddle, but once it was off and cleaned, I seasoned it as directed. I used it to cook tortillas on and they did not stick. The griddle is made of aluminum and so cooks very nicely on lower heat. Higher heat will warp it.

    Bad experience
    2 days of using this griddle and it started leaving marks. High smoky flames comes out when you put it on burner. Not sure i got the bad piece but totally wasted my money.

    BEST GRIDDLE EVERRRRRR
    WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW, what a great griddle. I have never had such perfect pancakes EVER! ! ! ! Must be the type of finish (texture) of the pan --- whatever it is, I am buying two more so I have a spare when the time comes to replace (not sure if that will happen, but I am NOT taking any chances).

    Really nice nice griddle, perfectly flat/sturdy
    Very great little pancake griddle. The nonstick works well without spray and it only takes a few minutes to get and stay at a nice temp for golden pancakes. Extremely lightweight - feels like nothing in your hand but sturdy and perfectly flat on the burner.
