Great overall phone!
This is very excellent flip phone. Volume is loud, easily customisable, picture quality is so-so, the speakphone quality is crystal clear &fabulous (better than landline even). Really like how big the touch buttons are, and screen is well organized. I chose this flip over my old smartphone and very glad I did. Worth every penny :-)

not what I thought it would be
I like the phone because the screen is bigger than my other flip phone & also it had bigger buttons. But overall the phone is much more complicated & I found it frustrating to be able to do anything. I am very unhappy with this flip phone. Another minus on this phone is that you can't check your airtime minutes on the phone like my other flip phone did. So I will be ordering a new phone.

    Junk as a phone
    I had to update from my 2G flip phone that works great. I upgraded to this one and had trouble with it from the start. All want out of cell phone is calling and receiving phone calls and a reliable alarm. This phone was difficult to work with. The alarm function did not work and also invented alarms I did not set. It also did not update the time until I opened the phone so the alarm did not know the correct time. I could make calls but it was SLOW operating. So, I just bought an LG flip phone that meets my expectations.

    Difficult to use
    Previously, I owned the Big Easy Tracfone and was VERY HAPPY with it. A phone that made just calls, no whistles and bells. I was informed that I needed to upgrade to a 4G. I couldn't find a phone that was equivalent to the Big Easy. Hence, the purchase of the MyFlip 2 and I am NOT a happy camper. It's difficult to use, the battery doesn't hold a charge very long and it doesn't display the remaining minutes and days that you have. Simply stated, all I want is a phone, NOTHING more and this is not it.

    I BOUGHT THIS PHONE 2 DAYS AGO. I LOOKED THROUGH THE MANUALS BEFORE ACTIVATING IT TO SEE IF WOULD FILL MY NEEDS. I WASN'T CRAZY ABOUT ALOT OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS, BUT TOOK A CHANCE ANYWAY. TODAY IT TOOK A HOUR

    Very disappointing
    Bought this a month ago and am very disappointed: - Does not display the number of remaining minutes and time. - Returning a text message is far from intuitive. - The battery runs out almost immediately. You have to leave this thing plugged in constantly. - There's no ability to screen calls. When you flip open the phone, you have already picked up to answer.

    Phone cannot be activated.
    I'm supposed to call a number from the phone in order to activate the phone, however, it won't connect to any cell service, meaning no numbers can be called from it. In the phone's "Cellular Network & Data" settings, it says "No carrier" and calls cannot be placed. When I try to dial any number and call, I'm shown this: "No network connection" "To make a call, the phone must be connected to a network"

    I would give it zero stars if allowed!
    Worst phone ever. You cannot see the open keypad before purchase, or you'd realize it's too confusing. Thought a flip would be easy for senior friend. Big Mistake.

    Alcatel my flip 2 phone
    I bought it about 3 weeks ago , it has a fuzzy camera not good at all, difficult to navigate the sound changes loud to low volume on different settings that cross reference each other, battery is already not like when new 3 weeks ago, cant put contacts to sim card , speaker is very good .
