    Hardly what's considered wagyu, but great cut
    First off. I'd like to say that comparatively to other cuts of steak. This is super tender and juicy. But wagyu is it not. The signature marbling of the fat with the muscle tissue is severely lacking. Given the standards of what can be labeled as Wagyu beef, I don't think it reaches the 50% required genetics to be labeled wagyu but the name justifies the price. The steak is absolutely delicious and super tender. It's more resembling a large piece of filet. The flavor tastes like a high end USA cattle. I don't think I'll be purchasing this again simply for the sake of wanting the taste of a more authentic wagyu. It doesn't justify the cost. But it sure is delicious.

    This is our first purchase. My family loves Thomas Farms grass fed so much we decided to give their Wagyu Sirloins a try. First, box arrived on time and in great shape. Steaks were still frozen hard. Individually wrapped so easy to freeze. Well trimmed so almost no waste. The sirloins do have a little lighter marbling vs. ribs an strips, which we prefer. Flavor was beefy
