So glad I ignored the bad reviews
I was so afraid to buy these from the reviews about them being broken, having spots on them, etc., but my dinnerware came in perfectly packaged, none of them broken! I see the “grey spots” on one of my bowls, but it's not like I would return the dishes over it. The only thing I can't comment on is the “grey scratches” people complain about after minor use, but I googled that before buying and apparently there's an easy washing solution to help remedy this. Oh lastly, these are more of an almond white than pristine white (which is what I wanted, so I'm happy), so don't buy these expecting white… anyway, so glad I bought these, would highly recommend.

Broken dishes defect by shipping!
I received my dishes by mail today. The first box set I opened up was great nothing broken or chipped. However, I am opening my 2nd box set of dishes I ordered. The dinner plates were fine, but then the bowls as pulling them out of the box carefully. I find one bowl completely broken in 3 which it was broken by being shipped. This was my worry when ha I got dishes shipped to begin with. But online this pioneer dishes you can not lick up in store. Now I don't want to ship back by mail return 1 broken bowl. The Walmart online application does not Even state directions. So really sucks spend money on nice sets of dishes and now missing a bowl. I don't recommend this product if Walmart won't refund me and pioneer women won't send me a missing bowl. Big bummer!

    Love the plates!! They are beautiful!! However, one of the plates was cracked when I opened the box. Not upset with the plates, but It is a huge hassle to get a replacement. lol

    love these dishes when they're not broken
    beautiful dishes however my first shipment had a broken dish . They mailed our a new shipment very quickly ... I guess to quickly because yet another broken dish . They're so pretty , but I wouldn't recommend buy these dishes online although I don't believe they sell them in store . Up to you if you wanna take a chance.

    Sooooo happy with my purchase!!!
    These are lovely. I got the white color and plan to mix and match with various colors for the seasons. They were perfectly packed, no breakage at all. I purchased 3 sets so I had 12 pieces of each. I love them and would definitely purchase again. It is so nice to have dishes that match!

    Chip TOO easily. Slick when washing by hand.
    Hmmm, I want to love these plates because of their weight and composition. But, they chip EASILY and are very slippery when you wash them. They will look like crap quickly. One month and already 2 are chipped.....
