I love this product❣️It leaves me clean and refreshed.
1. Depending on the nature of the day, I would use my hand (AFTER HEAVILY SANITIZING IT) or a very soft cloth with warn water. 2. It's great quality, it's very gentle and soothing. It feels like silk. 3. So far, there isn't anything not great about the product.

formula change ruined it
There's a reason why one buy products listed as sensitive.... it's because she is SENSITIVE! Those with truly sensitive VJs should not use. I have been using the sensitive wash for over a year and it was like a godsend when I found it. Tonight I my old bottle ran out and I popped open the new bottle and immediately knew something was different- indicative of the instant stinging sensation. I grabbed the old bottle and instinctively looked at the ingredients. This product went from 16 pronounceable recognizable ingredients to 29 "huh?" ingredients. Note that it no longer states organic, paraben and dioxide free. It's been over an hour and I am still feeling the discomfort. This product used to be great and this brand just lost a customer. I wish there was a money back guarantee because I would love to get my money back.

    No more itch, less odor and best of all I feel CLEAN!
    So far, I have only used the wash and the refreshing wipes. Both are fantastic!

    My girl down there is super duper sensitive. I gotta be careful what I use on her by This is the best product I ever put down there!! After shower I feel so clean and fresh. Has a little minty feeling that I love. Definitely boosted my confidence!     Why would you change something so good? Shame!
    Why would you change such a great product? I was just going to recommend this to my girl friend when I went and purchased a new bottle only to find out the label had some minor changes. It now no longer says 100% natural. Does not say "no parabens" and "no dioxides" any longer. No longer contains colloidal silver. The new label has a lot more chemicals listed. It's a shame. Now I will look for a new product because you have failed in keeping true to the one you originally made. The original had a 93% good rating on the Yuka app. This new formula has a 40% poor rating. Yuka, rates product safety. You dropped from a 93% to a 40%. Wow. This is an epic fail. And a betrayal to your loyal customers.

    This product is by far the best product I've used.
    Honey pot is the first wash I have been able to consistently buy. The first product that made me lose my mind because there was a shortage. Lol.. but the product literally has no cons with me at the moment.

    Formula change
    The Honey Pot got bought out by a different company, and now the ingredients are completely different. They added way more ingredients and it definitely is not suitable for me any longer. So disappointed, I really loved this product and thought I had found a product to use for life.

    CHANGE THE FORMULA BACK!!!!! NO LONGER ORGANIC!!
    It went from 100% organic, free of parabens and chemicals to adding chemicals that causes DAMAGE to our reproductive organs. It's sad because plenty of women thought that they have found a brand that they could trust and love but to only find themselves let down and disappointed.If you want customers to return and continuing using your products, GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORMULA!!!

    This is my 2nd time buying this product and it is upsetting
    I had bought this product before because I saw it recommended on tik tok and it really helped. I loved the product when it first came out but when I went to replace it it was sold out. When I finally saw the product again I bought it and realized rhe ingredients and the packaging was slightly different. Now the two ingredients that were supposed to be left out were no longer saying they weren't there which is upsetting because that's the complete reason I was buying these products because I am very sensitive to certain ingredients. I really hope you reconsider this product knowing that they have changed there main ingredients unfortunately I will no longer be using these products. It is a shame because I shared this with a lot of people and now I'm going to have to inform them on the change. Hopefully they change the formula back

    No Longer Natural
    The sensitive wash was sold out in my location for almost a month, I assumed supply chain issues. As soon as they came back into stock I saw the bottle was different. The ingredients are no longer natural. No more colloidal silver. Won't do any favors for your PH. This product went from amazing natural ingredients to just another Summer's Eve type product full of chemicals and fragrance. I'm saddened to see the brand do a full 180, preaching they're natural when in reality they put harmful chemicals like Phenoxyethanol in a sensitive feminine wash. The bottle looks so similar to the old one, you can barely tell the formula changes (which i'm sure is for a reason). I hope the brand goes back to their natural ingredients.

    CHANGE OF INGREDIENTS
    I was a loyal customer of the sensitive wash and pads but now that I have learned that the owner sold the company, the ingredients aren't natural anymore . If you have a old bottle and compare the ingredients you will read that there are unsafe ingredients for people such as PHENOXYETHANOL. I will not be ordering from this brand again , i thought a found a nice comfortable femine brand. I ordered six bottles without knowing the changes and now i want a refund .
