Affordable TV Mounting
Hello tech is affordable and the technician was on time. He worked quickly and cleaned up what little mess he made once the installation was complete.

Horrifying experience
Terrible, don't add on. You get what you pay for. The guy shows up on time but doesn't have shoe covers or any respect for my home. Tracks in snow and mud. Then unannounced walks though my home to hang his coat. As he gets started he asks questions like if I'm married. Where is my husband, is he home, do we live together. Then asks how many kids. Where is she, how old etc. Gave me some creepy vibes. Then tells me I look too old for how old my kid is! Install my TV with a side of insulted please. Further he opened the box and threw all the trash around on my living room like my toddler opens presents. He mounted the TV quickly. Ended up being really off center. I'm talking a few inches on one side and then a couple feet on the other. He didn't clean up the dust and dirt from the drilling and made such a mess and walked out. Awful!!! I have contacted hellotech CS and they are sending someone else tomorrow AM to fix the TV position. I hope it doesn't come with harassment from the tech again.

    Don't bother
    Everything was great up to the point of when the tech was supposed to come out. His app was at 2pm, I got a call that he can't make it and will reschedule to 4pm , at 330 I called him and he said 6 pm. At that point I just canceled

    DIDNT get my service or money back for weeks
    Tech came too my house an I was outside he didnt call or stop me when we crossed paths he came before the time marked my service as done an left took me 3 weeks almost 4 to get my money back from the service. Hello tech blame Walmart for the refund an Walmart blamed hello tech not good when they cant follow policy on returning money

    im sure he is cool outside of work.
    i paid for a tv and sound bar he would only set up tv. he did help w a picture frame so i was confused when he wouldnt do sound bar

    Worst experience ever
    Tech was very unprepared, he drilled two holes into my stone. He did not have the tools to finish the job and left two holes in the fireplace stone. I called HelloTech and they filled the holes with silicone as a repair. It looks horrible. I called HelloTech again and they said that it was all they could do. It is really expensive stone too. I do not recommend.

    Attention to workmanship
    I had my 65 inch mounted over my fireplace by hello tech. The installer sent, Rally, was friendly, on time, and conscientious of his work. He made sure tv, cable box and the sound bar were all working once attached to the wall. He also took the time to tidy as there was dust from the drilling. I initially requested a time but needed to change, the customer service dept was helpful in accommodating the change. I would recommend the company.

    Perfect!!! Anyone that is looking to mount a tv for a decent price with high quality PROFESSIONAL work book on Walmart. They came same day and followed the COVID regulations. I have received so many compliments on my tv. Highly recommended!
