Nate and his assistant performed a cumbersome and difficult removal/installation of a heavy, fragile 65" wall-mount TV in an elevated location over a fireplace. The whole process only took them about an hour. They took special care to ensure everything was mounted securely and perfectly aligned. They installed correct cables in the existing in-wall conduit, and verified the correct operation of everything. I had originally scheduled in-home installation through the dealer where I bought the TV, but they couldn't get to it for 3 weeks. HelloTech had it scheduled and completed in 3 days, and at a better price. I am very happy with the overall experience, and would not hesitate to recommend HelloTech to friends.

The Tech was late, he did tell me that, but I had another appointment to leave for. In my hurry and also that my theater room is very dark, we both didn't notice that the re-mounted TV is MORE out of level than before. Also we tried to lower the TV by moving the brackets UP. I believe they were moved DOWN. Now the TV is higher than before.

    He came on time and completed the job to my satisfaction. This was the next day after I first contacted HeloTech. Nothing else matters. I didn't ask about a way to contact him because cellphones remove that need. He rang me to confirm when he was coming. So I automatically got his contact number.

    He was late. He was rushing through the process. He was about to leave without putting it in the box that i had put out for him. I had to read out what's on the website about you all packaging it up nicely for us to get him to do it.. He also left part of the mount on the TV. Doubt I'll be using this company again because he did a half ass job.

    Lo Vell and his assistant did an excellent job mounting a 75” TV on top of a fireplace. He was on time, explained the entire process, and worked with me through several small issues to make sure the installation was done to my satisfaction. I would hire Lo Vell any day!

    He was not very knowledgeable and pretty much left me in the same position I was in before he arrived. I did contact Elijah the following day and explained my discontent and he said he would come back and complete the job. He did not return or call today (Thursday). I called Spectrum as suggested by Elijah to move a cable wire up on the wall and the gentleman was kind enough to complete both TV's to my satisfaction. He said that whoever was doing the work was not very good and was probably new to that type of work.

    Sam was ver professional and was respectful of our home and furnishings. Delays were caused by the type of mounting brackets I had purchased and the model of flat screens I have . Time ran out ( past dinner time) for him to perform the gratuitous computer evaluation that the scheduler mentioned. Also, my preliminary bill didn't reflect that I had agreed to a club membership that reduced the cost For the reinstalled mounts... and the fee for membership was absent. I am happy with your service so far
