Excellent from every point of view.
The product - back scrubber was excellent! Just what I needed after my other one fell apart. The price was excellent - about $7 . 00 plus tax. And it just happened that there was free delivery to my house that day!

Received used brush
I ordered two of these brushes online. I received the blue one today, and it smelled moldy. It looked dirty, as though it had been used. I do most of my shopping online as I am disabled, and it will be difficult for me to make a return. But I definitely will return this. It is disgusting.

    Cheaply made. Not worth buying.
    This brush is ok if you DON'T like to use any sort of pressure on the brush while you scrub your back. I can feel the handle bending while I try and scrub my back. It really feels like it is going to break. Also, the scrubbing "poof" is only on one side of the brush. If the people in the pictures for this thing are real, they are washing their back with the plastic handle and the ties that attached the netting to the handle. Definitely will not buy again.

    The handle is not long enough, and it feels like it could break very easily if you press too hard on your back. The new one is replacing the same brand of backscratcher but the handle is about an inch or so longer and the plastic gives a little. So much for quality control, prices go up, quality down.

    Disappointed.
    Bought this mainly for the color but a blue brush didn't arrive, received a greenish teal. Handle really needs to be longer for those of us with less flexibility. Netting really only fully covers one side so it's not that easy to use.

    Poor Handle Design
    The Anti-Slip Handle for the brush was too short and hard to hold on too! Would also have helped if the handle was more curved. The soft pad of the brush was however a plus had a good feel to it. Sorry I would not purchase this brush again!
