Nice product
This belt is a lovely product. I have a limited time to use it this year as our swimming/water season is coming to an end in Iowa. But I did use it once so far and it does it’s job! I am usually just a floater in the water but decided to try this and it fit great, does just enough to keep me up in the water so I can do some aerobics. I will store it away for next summer as I plan to use it more often!

This set includes different items that are useful. The dumbbells are good for resistance. I like the belt for swimming. I haven't used the gloves yet but those seem like they'll be really good for training.

    Great set!
    I am really pleased with this aqua workout set. I love water aerobics and swimming so this was perfect to add to my routine. I especially like that it came with 14 online tutorials with some additional exercises to do with this equipment. I can't wait until I can use these more often at an outdoor pool during the summer! Highly recommend!

    GREAT WAY TO STAY ACTIVE
    This aqua fitness set is perfect for adults at any age and even teenagers. I recently took these to the ymca and I loved them. I let my grandmother use them and she loved them. This fitness set comes with a swimming belt, gloves, water weights and workout videos. Each piece is so lightweight and very durable. I really like that the belt is adjustable. The material each piece is made out of is very good quality and you can definitely tell that it will last a very long time. This fitness set has really made exercising so much fun for me as well as my family. The instructional workout videos are so easy to follow. You will truly enjoy each workout. This aqua fitness set has truly added more excitement into my weekly workouts. I actually look forward to exercising now that I have this product. I can not wait until the summer time so I can use these everyday in my own pool. These are a must have if you want to change up your exercise routine. It will definitely give you a great workout and you will have so much fun doing it. I highly recommend this product.

    Awesome pool workout!
    This is such a great idea! Getting fit in the pool is not new to everyone, but this set is ESSENTIAL to anyone wanting to work out in the pool. This is a 6 piece aqua fitness set. There is a floating exercise belt, 2 resistance dumbbells, 2 webbed gloves, and an exercise instruction card. The QR codes work so well, just click and it opens an instruction demo on YouTube for you. Definitely an asset to anyone wanted to build a fitness program with a pool!

    NOT what i thought, better quality than expected
    This aqua fitness set had a few surprises as far as what i expected. The set comes with a pair of foam dumbbells, waist belt with foam interior and a pair of neoprene feeling webbed gloves along with a workout sheet. I have seen other aqua dumbbells selling that felt cheap. The dumbbells in this set happens to be a well constructed, sturdy quality product. Even though light weight its way better than what I've seen selling. The quality of materials, durability and overall excellent design carry on into the gloves and waist belt. Everything even down to the stitching was done right and is well made which surprised me. Another key thing about the quality was that there is no overpowering terrible smell, it just smells like a new product of proper manufacturing. The workout sheet shows multiple exercises to be done with the equipment as well as having scan codes to see how to do the exercises. I never used any aqua excerise equipment and assumed it worked one way but i was wrong. Theres no real weight to lift. Its resistance training where each item provides a level of pull or push depending on the exercise. The dumbbells are used by pushing down instead of lifting up since they float. The belt pulls as your swiming and the gloves provides more surface area on your hand to make it a little harder to move your arms in water. The dumbbell workouts of just pushing them down under the water was way harder than i expected and all toghther is a tiring workout. I really liked everything about this set and recommend it .

    We look forward to using items from this fitness bundle, which includes water dumbbell weights and instructions, among other items. The items are lightweight but sturdy. This bundle will help us with our fitness goals as they will be great for low intensity exercises in the pool.

    These are great for someone just starting out with exercises my grandmother loves them she says they are so easy to use in the water because you feel weightless so for her older muscles it doesn't feel as hard to do

    Great for water exercise!
    This belt is a great product. My wife loves it. It is a must have for any water aerobics or water exercise. The belt has an adjustable strap so it will fit many different sizes. This belt really helps with balance in the water. She says that she has never even thought to get one of these but will tell you now that she’s been using it she really enjoys water aerobics a lot more. This is a great addition to anyone’s workout gear and we highly recommend it!
