worked right away
if you have a total wireless iPhone sim card you just put it in and the phone automatically gets service. No calling them. Got the phone for my mom and she had a iPhone 6. transferred the sim card and worked right away. LOVE IT!!!!

Line through screen
When I turned the phone on there was a line going through the screen of the phone (not on the surface but internally). Straight Talk told me to contact Apple to fix it. I did that and had the phone sent off to get fixed and Apple returned it to me and were not able to fix it. I contacted Straight Talk again and they said they could not exchange it because they didn't have any in stock even though the same phone is still available for purchase on their website. It is now not returnable and I am stuck with a brand new phone with a line going through the screen. This will definitely be the last time I make a purchase from Straight Talk.

    The product did not work it was only just an Apple phone didn't have a straight talk Sims card in it they sent the package that they see you by when you're switching to Verizon phone over for instants trying to return it and get a next day order because they messed up was a nightmare I never did get overnighted and now I got charged twice Walmart is one of the worst companies there is

    Does not let me receive all my messsges.
    I needed an upgrade, and read reviews first. I bought this in September of 2020. I have to power it down, let it sit for a moment, turn it back on, and there are messages, that I have not received. Sometimes I receive messages a day or two later along with a new message that I guess kicked it in gear. Idk if I just got a bad phone, but I'm pretty sure nothing can be done about it now.

    Totally worth it!
    I love this phone! I just upgraded from an iPhone 6s 32gb. I will be an iPhone user for life, but I wanted to try the bigger screen. I was not disappointed. It has so much more space for my pictures and videos that I have to take for work (wooo virtual learning...). Mostly though it just runs better, has an amazing camera and its realistically affordable for an iPhone. Ive attached a comparison picture of my old to new and a picture of my puppy. Quality is excellent if thats what you are looking for.

    Bought for my daughter 15th birthday, she hasn't had any problems with it but when she set up her account..we had to contact iPhone to help us through it/it kept rejecting her gmail. I suggest a strong case and insurance. Teens drop everything at least once a week.

    Love Straight talk and all the excellent service
    Needed a phone right away because husbands old ( less a year) phone wasn't charging anymore. Straight talk had a new phone just what I and my husband were looking for. It was an amazing price It arrived in 2 days just in time before the other one completely died on us. Setting up new phone was easy since we were already straight talk customer. My hubby and kids are all straight talk customers. It's been at least 2 years. Thank you straight talk for everything

    I bought this phone for my son who lives up on top of the mountain and has no phone service. We have to call him through Facebook Messenger and his other phone it would never work it would just break up. This phone I'm finally able to talk to him and my grandkids without interruption I'm so happy. And most of all he loves it. Much more storage space to.

    My iphone 8 messed upand so i bought the 8plus and i am not dissappointed! I LOVE MY PHONE. Its big and holds alot of data (i now pay for the 200gb storage) the camera is crisp and i kust love it. No complaints GET SCREEN PROTECOR FOR FRONT AND BACK OF PHONE LOL
