Straight talk is pretty great!
I love Straight Talk. I have used it for over 15 plus years. I've always had pretty good service and not to many issues. Calling customer service can sometimes be ruff. Usually get someone I can't hardly understand, but they are always super nice and happy to help. I definitely plan on using them for many more years.

DON"T BUY THIS CRAP
6 days of constant email, web search, live chat and phone calls and this plan still doesn't work. The phone is a samsung galaxay A10e, and it really is a piece of garbage. It will not connect to my wifi, the customer service is impossible to reach and I can't return it to the store! It DOESN"T WORK!! Don't buy a phone from walmart, it is not a good idea. This will not show up as a purchase, you cannot open a page to file a complaint and there is no free return label to mail anything back!

Their “$45” plan is much more suited for little to no internet access. Or thus I've learned by this company being my family's go to service. Since May 2023 the e-Pin has stopped being delivered to my e-mail address. The first time it happened, I finally received a refund from Walmart to my method of payment and had to make a trip to my local Walmart to purchase the Straight Talk Card in order to add airtime for my wireless service. After many calls by myself and my husband to Walmart and many more transfers to other agents finally got one agent that actually gave us e-mail info so we can now look up our e-Pin online ourselves after we have placed an order through online Walmart. So, so easy when it was being e-mailed to us. Have never gotten a reason as to why we no longer receive the email deliveries. I gave this a 1 star because of the total frustration of myself and my husband for the many calls and the hours, yes hours of waisted time on the phone. Not even a supervisor could help!! Our thanks go to the one that did finally come through.yellowkay

First phone was not properly scaned at the store. no one could fix so returned for refund almost 2 weeks ago still no money in my account. Second phone same kind activated but no phone number now phone is asking for password of 3 didgets and 1 letter. i never set a password or pin like that at all. no one can fix this because i cant get into phone. will return hope i get my credit sooner. thanks for your time.ruth

When the minutes aren't delivered to your phone, nobody wants to take the blame and Walmart says that they can't return your money. I say it's not a return if you never received the product!! I went 4 days without service because of this happening to me!!! Personally I think if you buy minutes this way, you're taking a big chance of losing your money!!Kimberly
