Excellent Hoop System!
Excellent replacement for an old hoop system. Package was delivered in two days and had all the parts necessary. Instructions were clear and took about 4.5 hours to put together by myself. Would be easier with two people. My son loves the new hoop and it has a great solid backboard sound. Was on sale so scooped it up and could not be happier!

DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE
If you would like to actually be able to use your basketball hoop DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE go to the store maybe you will have better luck than we did.. Pieces missing and broken..

    Bad product and bad customer service
    They sent a defensive item and it took us long time to put it up and found out the base is broken so it can’t hold the water to make the basketball hoop steady. The entire hoop shakes every time winds blows. It’s dangerous to it it like this. So we asked for return, but the customer rep told us to disassemble it and return it. We don’t have the original box anymore and we are not able to spend another few hours disassemble it.

    Great for the kids!
    Took me and my wife 2 hours to put together. Definitely need 2 people, makes it go a lot faster. Looks to be a solid build, and kids already enjoyed it. Filled the base up about half with water since we still have snow on the ground, and plan on putting sand bags on it as well to keep it upright from the wind. For the money, it’s definitely worth it. Some people had a bad experience with the condition of the box, but ours arrived in great shape, and all parts were inside. Great hoop for the kids to use for the next few years. If you’re having trouble putting it together, there is a YouTube video that helps. Enjoy!

    Package came fast and heavily damaged. Completely absurd instructions and difficult to put together. Was missing a bolt and the back board was extremely dirty and scratched up eventhough it had a protective film on it. We ended up finding an exact bolt at lowes delaying the 5 hr process of assembly. Once completed it seems to work as advertised and son seemed happy about it. I think it is lil unbalanced and the backboard rattles quite a bit on bankshots. I am overall happy with the purchase only because my son needed a nee gial badly and it was on sale. Slightly disappointed with the condition, assembly and overall sturdiness of this goal. I give it a 7.5/10 overall.

    2 Months old and Falling apart! Not happy
    Less than 2 Months old, barely used the hoop and already have a piece of the rim that fell off :(

    Directions are sorta weird but, it took about 2 hours to assemble by myself. It's very sturdy. Polycarbonate is better than acrylic so the price is very reasonable

    Good Adjustable Goal
    Things I liked about this goal was it was reasonably priced but seemed to be good quality. I like the fact that it raises and lowers to different heights.

    54 Spalding basketball goal for Christmas
    Item arrived in terrible condition. It looks like the threw a bunch of cardboard together and duct taped it to secure it. Im afraid to pick it up as it may fall apart when i do. There are puncture holes all over box and it is soaked

    This was a gift. Raining outside, box was left on side walk not front door. Not even on porch. Driver flew put of here when I asked for help. We have ordered alot. Unbelivable

    I hope that the goal is in working order, but I'm not happy about the condition of the box. After spending this amount of money, I would hope the package would be taken better care of.
