Firm but a good value
For the price my husband and I figured it was worth it. We bought the king 8" mattress. I was a bit worried since I am not one for a firm mattress, but we figured for the price we can always buy a thin softer memory foam topper to make it just right. We ordered site to store and it took a little longer than hoped, just over 10 business days. It was compacted in a manageable sized box and weighed 70 some lbs. It rose to full size fairly quickly and was sleepable in a few hours, though did take a few days before it was fully where it was supposed to be and the memory foam softened up. Others have commented on the smell, and yes there was a chemical smell that lingered in the house for a few days. I have a sensitive sense of smell and it didn't really bother me. It is a firm mattress. (If you want a comparison, the Ikea most firm memory foam mattress is somewhat similar). You sink in and it conforms around your body but still stays firm. If you sit or kneel, you really sink in, but once you lay down and disperse your body weight it holds much firmer. I am a small person, a bit over a 100lbs, and I don't sink in as much as I would like to. I think it is more comfortable for my husband. Something to note is that it does seem to hold body heat a bit more than a regular mattress. For me that's a plus, but for those who like a cool bed, a pillow topper might be a good option if it bothers you too much. All in all it was an excellent buy. I am going to wait a few more nights before I make a decision on a topper as each night seems to get a little more comfortable.

Never fully inflated/expanded
I recently moved and didn't have a bed. I spent a week sleeping on an air mattress waiting for this mattress to be delivered. It finally arrives at Walmart and I have to pull a favor from a friend with a truck to pick up this mattress and the platform bed frame I ordered specifically for this mattress. After about 60 hours of letting the mattress lay out, it is not fully expanded (they recommend 48 hours). It's barely half expanded. The middle is the only portion that is about 10 inches high (this is a 12 inch mattress). The rest of the mattress is about 4-6 inches high. The corners and very ends never expanded at all. Now I get the opportunity to waste a day off, pull another favor and ask my friend if I can borrow his truck again on his day off, and lug this half expanded mattress back to walmart. I also have to decide if I give this company one more try or just go somewhere I can actually test out the mattress. Either way, I'm out a bed for another week or two. I am extremely dissatisfied with Spa Sensations so far. Take a look at my pictures of a ball of lumpy foam and compare it to their stock picture of the lady resting on a bed that's actually 12 inches high and has right angles. It's comical. I'll be contacting walmart soon to figure out what to do, but other than them actually coming to pick up the mattress and also deliver a mattress that is somewhat square in shape, I'm not sure if I'm going to be fully satisfied.

    I have bought 4 of these beds; I bought one when they first came aout for my mother; she was very pleased; I bought one for my daughter zs full, one for me in a king, and one for my brother in queen. For all 4, I bought airy metal. frames ; not boxspring. DO NOT PUT THEM ON A bos pring ; they nead air circulation ; We all very happy with our matresses; My daughter's full size was 12 inches only took about 8 hours to get the shape; but I follow directions; I gave my king ZS 48 hours. could not be happier years later

    Delivered quickly, opened up easily and fully in less time than expected. I expected it to be really firm at first because it's new, but it was soft and comfy. Really cradles your body and supports you.

    DO NOT LOSS YOUR MONEY
    Please please don't lose your money is nothing right about this mattress is NOT FOAM IS HARD when you by it open it you can not return back mattress not fit in box anymore. Is not working for body issues is like you sleeping one rocks or outside one street. This is my comment I tested rest is one you don't focus on picture please..

    Well worth the $$
    For the price this is an excellent mattress! We have it in a queen size in 3 out of 5 bedrooms in our home. We purchased the first one a couple of years ago for a guest room and my teenage son kept sneaking in there to sleep at night because it was so comfortable, so we gave it to him and purchased another for the guests. We have since purchased a 3rd and are waiting to unwrap it because my husband is building a custom frame for it. A couple more weeks!!!

    I would recommend it for the aging body.
    Was rated in consumer reports as a money, saving value, and I needed a new mattress. I feel it was a better mattress than $1000 one I had, an inner spring. I sleep alone and it's the perfect mattress for older people with aches and pains.

    Not comfortable, not 12 inches high
    This mattress never got up to 12 in, which is what I ordered. I waited over 72 hours. it was also very uneven when I laid on it to check it out. it was very high in the middle but not on the sides it almost felt like there was a bump or something in the middle of the mattress. I decided to return it for the two reasons stated above. I contacted Walmart and they sent a company out to pick up the mattress. I bought a mattress cover and the company picked it. right now I'm waiting on a refund for this mattress.

    Jefferson car camping!
    This mattress replaced our air mattress when we car camp in the back of our Yukon XL. What. A. Difference. It's so comfortable, just firm enough. We don't feel the bottom or the cold through the ground. Throw out your air mattresses people. Good enough for home or the back of your car.

    The box arrived beat up I was a bit concerned however We proceed following instructions and it reach 12 inch in less than an hour all areas evenly. It's comfortable and at least for me it did not smell like other reviews say.

    Great Mattress
    First off, I am very pleased with my new mattress. Its soft, comfy, and has a pretty white color. The packaging was wrapped with care. No stains or odors. The only problem I have is the mattress did not grow to its full potential. I bought a king size 12in mattress and it only grew to 11in. A bit disappointed but I will not be returning it for 1in.
