    Happy with products, but not the packing method
    I like the product. I have given it a low rating because there was no padding in the delivery box. One of the soap bottles had the lid come loose, and about half of the soap leaked into the box. Had to clean all of the soap off of the other items in the box. I realize that it won't happen, but maybe if there was padding in the box, or if they protected the the bottles somehow, there would be less chance of this happening.

    Product Leaks During Shipping
    I like this soap, although it does not foam up/lather as much as I would like. It has a nice scent and my hands feel clean after using it. Be advised that this product does not ship well. Walmart did good by placing my 4 bottles in a ziplock bag. Otherwise I would have been very angry about my recent order and delivery. The pump portion does not screw onto the body well, and 2 of my 4 bottles leaked about half of their product out into the baggie. Not thrilled, but not earth shattering. For the price, not worth the effort to return.

    New formula? Consistency of foaming but not foaming formula.
    I love the Fresh Citrus scent. But the formula is thin as if it's supposed to be a foaming hand soap, but it's not. New formula thinner because of COVID perhaps? My concern is does it clean as efficiently? Also has a strange seperation. Love other Softsoap handsoaps but something is wrong with the antibacterial formula.

    Disappointing Packaging
    I gave this soap 3 stars because it did not ship as a pack of 4, but as 4 individual bottles haphazardly thrown into the box. The bottles were then opened during shipping and spilled into the box. Had they been packaged as the description said, I'm sure this wouldn't have happened. Also might not have happened if Walmart put a little extra care into their box packing.
