Super Easy Transition
We started supplementing with Total Comfort a couple weeks ago. I still nurse and pump, but was directed by our pediatrician that I needed to start giving our son a little more. He's been taking 2 bottles of Total Comfort every day without any issues. His daycare teachers are really impressed with how well he's taking his Total Comfort bottles and his bottle of breast milk each day. I still nurse on demand when we're home.

Makes baby have even more gas
We just switched to this from Similac Advance due to gas & spit up but after only 2 days my daughter has even more gas & seems fussier. And since this is only available in powder I don't know if she just doesn't agree with powder.
Not sure if we should stick it out a few more days or if the extra gas is a sign to go back.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/06/2022Love this formula for my sonMy son has severe reflux and this is the only formula that he can stomach. It keeps him regular unlike the regular Similac advance. I know it's clumpy when you mix it with room temperature water so to avoid that I make his formula the night before and leave it in the fridge to give it time to fully mix. I would recommend this for any baby having problems staying regularStephanie

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/01/2021would give 0 starshorrible. the formula clumps horribly and globs up so most of the drink is water since most of the formula solidifies into chunks at the bottom and then clog the nipple. tge powder also smells rancid. I would not feed my baby this ever.DeLaina

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/06/2017Best formula for my daughter! We tried Neosure at birth and for a week after, switched to Advance, and finally made the change to Total Comfort Non-GMO. My daughter was fussy, gassy, spit up several times a day, and so hard to burp with the first two formulas, and this one is the one that has saved her and made her such a happy baby. She's no longer in pain from gas, has normal bowel movements, and has not spit up since we switched her over.BrookeC

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/19/2017Not what I thought it would beI've changed my daughter formula multiple times. She has issues with gas and spit up. We were on Similac Advanced. Made her very gasy fussy and constipated. Then we switched to Enfamil Gentle. It didn't help the fussyness or gas. It also made her extremely constipated. Then we switched to Enfamil Reguline. It helped her constipation tremendously however we were still having the spit up. So now we're on Similac Total Comfort. Which seems to keep helping her with the constipation but the spit up is worse. It also doesn't seem to keep her full for very long. She's wanting to eat ever 2 hours instead of every 4 like normal. So now we're on the hunt for another formula. I just wish I could've breast fed because it doesn't seem like I'm ever going to find a formula that works for her.Jen1129

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/24/2015Foamy when mixedWe found that this formula became foamy when mixed via shaking or vigorously stirring but mixing too slowly took forever to get rid of clumps. This caused gas & discomfort in our baby. We found that using a formula pitcher (we used dr. Browns formula pitcher) helped get rid of all the clumps without causing excess foaming.Vmconly
