Excellent phonr
Absolutely love this phone, excellent deal for money. No complaints. Would highly recommend this phone. I've had it almost 1 1/2 year. Absolutely no problems. I love Samsung phones!

Not good.
Phone has microphone, volume and camera issue. I found similar post on Samsung site with others as well. So best to avoid this model as this is common problem with this model. Or if you purchase and found issue get it replaced before return period or swap with other model.

    This phone was not unlocked as the description said. I really wish people would be more honest rather than trying to cheat people out of there money. I'm upset bc I now have a phone that I cannot use due to the type of phone carrier. Thx for nothing.

    Great phone and value.
    The phone is a great replacement too our Note 4 that we were replacing. Big 6.7" screen and fast response too tapping and opening up apps. No issues since it was purchased last year. Still running great!

    Good phone!
    I'm just your average smartphone user but I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this phone. Good display, good functionality, and lots of storage. I do also like how clear the photos are. I would definitely buy this phone again! Great value

    Be aware that no HD voice or voice LTE!
    This phone does not have voice LTE included or HD voice. Depending on your carrier, i believe they require this as of Jan 2021 in USA. This is a big hurdle and hopefully can be updated by Samsung. Other than that, the phone is great as far as functionality and features are concerned.

    Loved the phone! Decided to buy an upgraded model and a new phone from walmart instead. Im guaranteed its brand new. And yes it was, right from the original box! Perfect! The delivery was awesome! -2 day! Who can beat that?!

    Great phone. It comes with a sleeve to help protected the plastic back of the phone. The phone has many nice features and works well. It does work with prepaid Tracfone in the USA.

    I have only had this mid-range phone for a week and so far everything is going well with it. A lot of features for less than half of what the high-end models go for. It came with a 'Mint Mobile' kit if you wish to set it up for that service which I did. Mint uses the T-Mobile network and everything seems fine there too with very reasonable introductory offers. I chose the $60 for 3 months-unlimited talk
