Lack of detailed audiophile friendly exact specs
Self explanatory ... Question for those looking after updates to Sony's online content: How does an 11.82in driver typo survive for so long on your pages? Do you want to know how many of your users will have their swivel hinges broken within first 12/24 months of gentle use of this item? Having researched this topic I am asking a rhetorical question here, and you my friends at Sony Support may need to do a series of surveys to find out why increased number of former Sony fans is switching away from their favourite brand. Since my MDR ZX330BT set suffered a hinge fracture (which i was able to work around temporarily until contacts for rechargeable battery got severed within the swivel) - I am in the market for a new set and will think twice (having visited this page and not having found what I was looking for) before I give Sony my business again.

Have had these headphones for a little over a year. At first, I loved them but they now will not turn on at all. For the amount of money spent on them, they should have lasted longer than this.

    Great purchase but...
I love these headphones. The sound is so good. They are comfortable and even though they aren't noise cancelling, they did a fantastic job blocking out outside noise. Unfortunately after 1 year and 3 months they broke. The part that allows the ear cups to swivel broke. They are are unwearable and unfixable - I tried. I am so upset. These are a huge part of my life. I have anxiety with noise I cannot control and am currently living in a place with daily screaming. These provided me with comfort and control. I could disappear. I cannot afford these again so I will be going with a cheaper brand. I highly recommend them otherwise

    Breaks too easily
Got these for my birthday, have had them for less than six months. 2 months in, swivel thing broke on one side. My mom managed to fix it, but now the other one is broken too, and she can't fix it. Truly amazing quality, super easy to use and I love them, but I'm careful with them bc good headphones are expensive and they still broke.

    Great sound, Terrible structural integrity
I bought this just under a year ago and they were definitely an upgrade from my Skullcandys (in sound quality), but I used those for 3 times longer and they are still in better shape than these. They've broken off both of the swivel joints and I've had to super glue them back on and one of the support arms broke off all just from daily use.

    Right side broke both times.
I enjoyed the sound quality of this headset. It mostly sat in a nice velvet pouch in a drawer and was in use barely 2-3 times per month for 30 minutes or so. One day the right side of the sound was completely gone. Piece so immaculate and cared for, I couldn't understand why!? Thankfully I had few days left from a factory warranty, and after some trouble, they had replaced the unit to a new one. I was happy until after a few months the sound was gone again and it also started to tear from inside by itself. I'm left confused as the unit is not cheap and I cared for it very much and used it gently, but it just was ripping apart.

    Swivel broken both sides
I have had my headphones for approx 12 months. They have been sparsely used but when I had the opportunity, I loved them & looked afyter them which is obvious in the photos attached. However, a few months ago I noticed that one of the ear-piece swivels had broken. I taped it back together as a temporary fix. Thinking it must have been my fault due to some unknown misplacement or such like, I was extremely careful from then on. However, just last weekend the other swivel broke without the slightest mishandling or impact. Upon checking the website I found that others experienced the same problem so obviously there is a fault with the structure. Reading the sony forums, this seems to be a common issue with these headsets therefore, Sony is obviously aware. I do enjoy these headphones and I would like them to be fixed. How can I get this issue resolved?

Good sound, but poor quality of swivels
After only 6 months of regular use, both swivels broke.
