One of the best laptops on the market today.
The best laptop I have ever owned. Incredibly fast and and very logical instructions. The best thing is the charging cord because it has a USBC end. I would recommend this computer to anyone.

I bought the Samsung 3 Chromebook a few years ago and it was incredible so when I saw this one with a much bigger screen of course I got excited with high expectations, it flickered the first time I used it and completely froze than blacked out by the third day. This Chromebook was a huge disappointment and pretty much a piece of junk. No I would not recommend it at all.

The size is just what I was looking for I'm still learning what it can do so it's a bit premature for a more intense reveiw

    Garbage
It quit working right after the 30 day return period had passed. Took it to be repaired and they told me it was internal problem. Not worth the money.

    Chromebook Review
So far it has been well like by my handicapped son. Screen size is good. Ease of operation is good as well. It has locked up once though. it was unattended and just froze. Which I was able to rectify after a few minutes and a Google search of possible solutions. I hope there are no major issues. thats why only three stars at this point.

    Touchpad is borderline unusable
It's cheap and has a big screen. That's what I wanted, and that's what I got. The screen isn't particularly bright, but it's fine for most uses. It's a little slow - a little bit more RAM would have made a big difference, but it's not too big of a deal. At this price point, I wasn't expecting all that much. HOWEVER... the touchpad is truly terrible. Get a wireless mouse if you plan on purchasing this chromebook. The touchpad is not very responsive (I've tweaked the touchpad settings, it isn't an issue with that), so scrolling and trying to move the cursor around the screen is often frustrating. The worst part is the touchpad buttons. It sticks nearly EVERY time I try to click something. So I am CONSTANTLY accidentally clicking and dragging rather than just clicking. Super annoying, but I'll survive... I bought this chromebook for $209 during a black friday sale. I won't say that I regret the purchase, but if I could go back in time I'd probably drop an extra $100 or so for something significantly better. Still, not bad for a $200 purchase. I DEFINITELY would not recommend this at the $320 list price.

    Do not buy
This computer is a big disappointment. I purchased in June. it's now Sept and yhe keyboard has stopped working. I don't use it for school or work just casual internet browsing. Samsung customer service says they will repair but I have to ship to them. And the 1 year warranty is from manufacturers date not date of purchase. I won't purchase Samsung again. I will update after I ship and get it back smh

Great Chromebook is Great for online school.
Fantastic! This Chromebook works great it helped me get through 3 months of full distance learning and it still works great! It has great qautily and sound and the battery lasts like 8 hours which is pretty good ehrn your on meets for school for 5 hours it doesnt take that long to charge and you add mutplie google accounts or if you want sign in as a guest. And you can adjust your mic volume which is great. I Love my Chromebook thats why Im giving it 5 stars.

I really wanted to like this chromebook. The two main problem I had with it are the keyboard being pretty basic and the cursor appearing to have a lag or glichiness. I type alot, and having a regular keyboard is important. This one has all the keys to type with, but is missing many of the keys that are on a regular keyboard. This makes it really hard to stay on the right keys with you are typing.

New drawbacks for a much higher price.
I don't like this chromebook because the battery life is atrocious. My last chromebook was about 10 years older and over $100 cheaper- its battery life was about 8 hours and it charged up in about 1.5 Because of this, it made the chromebook extremely portable. It's smaller and lighter than my laptop and because it lasted so long on a charge, I didn't need to find an outlet when I used it. I could take it and sit anywhere without worrying about having a power source right next to me, outside, to a cafe, anywhere. This new chromebook is much heavier and its battery life is about 2.5 hours on a full charge and it will recharge in about 3 hours. It just sips battery like crazy. Even when I turn it off, it seems to drain the battery. This completely defeats the portability because I'm always worried about it dying on me. It has a very nice 4k screen and this could contribute to the battery suck. However, in my opinion it performs the same as my much older much cheaper chromebook. The 4k screen is the only nice thing about this chromebook and is not worth the hike in price, weight, and the drastic sacrifice in battery life.
