Awesome TV Package!
I say TV Package because I've never had a TV that came with so much. The included no gap wall mount was SIMPLE to install, and truly makes the TV look like a piece of art on the wall. The One Connect is a mind blowing piece of equipment to me, I don't understand how 1 tiny wire can carry power, audio, and video but I am very impressed by it. Using the Smart Things app made setting up the TV with internet and apps simple. The art feature is neat, I love that I can add my own pictures using the Smart Things app. The remote seamlessly connected to my Samsung Soundbar as well, I didn't have to program a thing.

Terrible tv
This has been the WORST TV! Ive had it for less than a year and it has stopped working. The screen flashes colors and has to be unplugged to turn off. It is a complete was waste of money!!

A nice TV for a non-TV place (Living Room)
I just purchased this TV (QN49LS03RAFXZA) for my Living Room, with the intention of it 'replacing' a piece of art. This is a versatile piece of equipment, though not 100% ready for prime time. The "Art Mode" interface is a bit clunky, and takes a bit of practice to get used to (and even then, not as intuitive as I'd like). The rest of the setup is in the same mode as other Samsung TVs (I have two others), with an external box handling all of the cabling/connectors, and one slender wire providing the TV with power, etc. My main beef is with the actual "frame". The TV doesn't come with the frames that make this actually look like a piece of art hanging on the wall, and they may be purchased separately in a number of colors. Unfortunately, the metal frame that one purchases isn't properly machined to fit well on the TV. I purchased the White frame (VG-SCFN49WM/ZA), and returned it after it didn't fit well (it needed to be forced a bit and even then there was a small gap where there shouldn't have been). I ordered/received another one, and it had the same problem, but I've chosen to live with it (as opposed to returning it), as my assumption is that it won't ever get any better than this (once might've been a mistake, twice implies that all of them have this issue). I'm not sure how the Samsung QC allowed this to happen, but it did. Anyway, I'm generally happy with the TV, less so with the external frame.

One of the few purchases we bought again.
We first bought a Frame in 2017 when we remodeled our house and hung it over the fireplace. It was a good TV but the art made it a completely awesome animal. Spring forward to this summer and we sold the house and moved. Of course the new owners asked for the TV to be included, which we agreed to. When we got to our new home, one thing we both agreed on was that we wanted another Frame TV. It really is a game changer from the old dumb black screen when folks are over. Doesn't hurt that it also sounds good for a TV which means you really can live without the soundbar or speakers that give away the fact it is a TV.

This screen is amazing. The promotion did not come with the frame. It was disappointing to find out. Some of the apps do not support on Samsung. The voice control is not accurate. It needs to have a smoother control.Overall I am happy with purchase. Exceeded Our Living Room Design Standards
For years we've had an ultra short throw projector on top of our piano because we don't want to see a TV in our room. So many living rooms are TV centric and that's not what we want. We enjoy TV but we're not glued to it. We've arranged our room for conversation and music. When our projector bit the dust, I found The Frame. I was worried it would still distract too much in our room and be visually imposing, but it's not! It looks like a nice framed picture hanging above our piano with no visible wiring. The sound is incredible for just being a TV (I'm an audio engineer and there's definitely some magic going on) and the picture quality is just fantastic. Not to mention all the intelligent eco settings. I'm so happy we got this TV that is only a TV when it's on. When it's off it's just adding to the design and decor of the room. I'm thrilled Samsung product team / engineers / designers realized not everyone wants a 60" gaping black void at the focal point of their living room! 65 frame
The main drawback for this set is the Samsung OneConnect. When researching online and seeing the display model in store I was not aware of the large black box that connects all external wires (HDMI, power and stereo) to the back of the set through a thin silver wire. It was very difficult to find a place to conceal this when trying to keep to the minimal design we had planned. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Good, but not as great as I expected.
The concept of a piece of framed art instead of an obnoxious tv on the wall is really amazing and that helps make up for its short falls which primarily is the software. The OS seems ok-ish (as it works) but the experience is almost painful. Trying to disable the tv from playing grainy resolution and loud food network every time it turned on was a test of patience and my level of tech rain dancing. The art mode is really cool, but also frustrating to interact with the art interface because it retains the low brightness of art mode so everything is hard to see. Sponsored apps?? I just paid a very premium price for a moderate tv with a cool gimmick, there should be no sponsored anything. Period. Seems buggy as well. My wired connection comes and goes (based on the toast) and the tv is never really in the same state it was left when I turn it on. Resume to app doesn't work, etc, etc. The voice assistant is kind of worthless. Not understanding that Google Home needed the Smartthings link and not Samsung was super frustrating and ripped a few hours of my life away. We got a brown frame as part of the purchase and it's neat, really sells the 'frame' concept and should be included with purchase. Definitely not worth MSPR as it's just plastic. This is our first Samsung purchase and I'm not sure it's worth it yet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Excellent Picture Upgrade, lost features.
We are very pleased with the picture quality improvements over the 2018 version. Wall mounting was no more difficult than any other tv, and hiding the single wire is much easier than running wires in the wall. We use the Art Mode all the time - the Samsung offerings, the subscription offerings and increasingly our own photos as well. There are some limitations on using your own photos - not able to choose all matting options, and only one collage setting. What we miss, though, is the full Ambient mode from previous years and promised in pre-launch literature and articles. With the 2019 Frame one can no longer take a photo and have the screen blend in to the background, nor display news, weather, etc. In fact the remote no longer has an ambient mode button, though the manual refers to it. I suspect omitting the features was a late decision and really hope some would be restored in a software upgrade. Apple's AirPlay 2 just appeared in the settings as promised and it works well. As to Bixby, it worked well except it would respond to voices from the tv picked up by the remote so we turned off that function but can still press the mic button on the remote. We purchased one of the metal Frames - white. They offer 4 colors so choose carefully since they are expensive. Sound quality is what you would expect from a flat screen with no front speakers. All in all, the Art Mode and fine picture quality makes this a unique addition to our home.

    This is seriously sexy TV
We waited for the 2019 version to be released and I'm so glad we did. The picture quality is leaps and bounds better than the 2018 version we saw in store. Utilizing the art gallery mode has incorporated the TV as a feature of the room instead of an object we'd have to design around. Please note that it's not totally cordless as there is a thin cable that comes out the bottom to the connect box. We managed to run the wire through the wall in which it was mounted on and have the connect box hidden behind a ledge. One thing that did surprise me, although not a big deal, is how heavy the actual TV is. Lastly, I'm really looking forward to working my way through the art!
