Great for a bigger room with sliding window
Bought one of these a couple years ago and it's been great. Cooled my whole garden apartment! It has sliding windows so a regular window unit won't go in. And with this much btus they get pretty heavy so sitting on the floor with wheels is so much easier to deal with.

Broke on delivery
Air conditioning when turned on for first time. Rattled really loud. Was damaged either at warehouse. I looked like it may of been tossed around in warehouse. Royal Sovereign was a good brand for us in the pass. The bigger older ones we have work great to this day. Quiet, three speeds, no leaking, but even without the damage. I do not think this one would of works as well as our 10,000 btu do. Very disappointed. Have to look for a different brand now.
