    Works fine, was filthy
    The unit seems to be working just fine. However it was a present for my son and when he opened it, it was very dirty. Looked brown. I had to clean it with several antibacterial wipes before I let him touch it again. How can someone pack a product that was so dirty? He is enjoying it now but it ruined the moment when he opened the box and his gift, that I paid over $400 dollar for, was filthy.

    DISGUSTING! Smelled like cigarettes!!!
    Opened the box and it was yellow and smelled like cigarettes!!! Everything, even the controller was filthy. I returned it the same day. It's appalling that someone thought an Xbox in this condition was acceptable. They should be ashamed!!!!!

    Took an extra week to arrive Console was not wiped. It had three accounts on it and they were not all secure Audio jack on the controller doesn't work
