solid and hard working
excellent machine, handles my photography and editing without a problem. Yes even the HD material. It's a perfect size to pack in a backpack or camera bag. It's solid despite dropping it. I like the screen, my shots come out true color or back and white every time no adjusting. There is no messing around with updates, and there are a lot of good editing programs available for it. Definitely worth the price and I have recommended it to several friends.

After having it for a month, keys stopped working on the left side of the keyboard and now my daughter cant even sign in to use it to do her schoolwork

    Disappointing
    This THING is all scratched up. The connect for head/earphones is chipped and will not connect. The computer will not even power up. So disappointed. This was a gift and caused so much embarrassment. Broke a little girls heart

    No thank you.
    More scratches, etc than expected. One right across the screen. It doesn't have google playstore on it, and therefore I cannot download any apps for my son which was the whole reason for getting it. This was his birthday present, and what a let down.

    Christmas is ruined
    bought this refurbished for my daughter thinking that it wohmuld do well for a introductory laptop for my 11 year old. i am so upset and feel as of i was taken advantage of. i understand it is refurbished, but it should have at a minimum worked to start with. i had it put up for a Christmas present and got it out to charge and hook up to our wifi before wrapping. i never expected it to not work at all. plugged it in and turned it on and to my surprise it hae faulty hardware and after further investigation i noticed a blemish on the power cord plug area. i am very disappointed and will never ever purchase refurbished again. i log onto my walmart account to return the laptop and apparently i am unable to return it because i bought it in October. never again will i purchase anything electronic online. lesson learned and Christmas for my daughter is ruined. thank you upgrade stations for the $140 paper weight.

    Item arrived in poor condition. Two of the ports didn't work and it won't recharge. Also, the case was cracked, which they try to cover up with a sticker.

    It doesn't charge. I have to keep it plugged in. When I run a battery test, it says battery not found. I took it apart and there is a battery in it. I am deciding if I am going to return it or get a new battery.

    Great for school
    I am a student at AIU. While the school runs on Office, I have found apps to use for my Chromebook to conver all files. I have been a chromey for awhile and I was exhilarated to finally get a chromebook! I love it! It's small enough to go anywhere, and all of schoolwork, music and files fit in the provided space with room to spare! I would reccomend and buy again. A loyal samsung/Chrome user!

    Exactly what I've been looking for!
    Needed a lightweight solution with easy access to cloud-based apps. Once I found Chrome was the browser for me, this Samsung product was a no-brainer!
